Abstract

الملخص تعالج هذه المذكرة جرائم الاستعمار الفرنسي في الجزائر بين 1830 و1852م، مع التركيز على الإبادة الجماعية كأخطر الجرائم المرتكبة ضد الشعب الجزائري. تناولت مفاهيم الجرائم ضد الإنسانية والإبادة الجماعية، وأبرزت سياسات القتل والتهجير والتعذيب التي انتهجها الاحتلال. كما عرضت نماذج من المجازر التي شهدتها عدة مناطق جزائرية، مؤكدة أن هذه الجرائم كانت سياسة ممنهجة هدفت إلى إخضاع الجزائريين والقضاء على هويتهم ومقاومتهم

This thesis examines the crimes of French colonialism in Algeriabetween 1830 and 1852, focusing on genocide as one of the mostserious crimes committedagainst the Algerian people. It discusses the concepts of crimes againsthumanity and genocide, and highlights the policies of killing, forceddisplacement, and torture practiced by the colonial authorities. The studyalsopresentsseveralexamples of massacres carried out in different Algerian regions, concludingthatthese crimes were part of a systematicpolicyaimedatsubjugating the Algerian population and destroyingtheiridentity and resistance..
