Abstract

ملخص: تهدف دراستنا الى معرفة مستوى التوافق النفسي عند متربصي و متربصات التكوين المهني دراسة مقارنة بين الجنسين و استعملنا مقياس التوافق النفسي لـ اجلال محمد سرى واستخدمنا مختلف الأسايب الاحصائية من تكرارات و مقارنة متوسطات و النسبة المئوية بالاضافة الى تحليل التباين anova و دراسة الفروق عن طريق t test و توصلنا الى أنه لاتوجد فروق دالة احصائيا تعزى للتخصصات المرتبطة بعينة الدراسة كما أن الفروق في التوافق النفسي بين الجنسين دالة احصائيا و هي لصالح الاناث.

Abstract our study aims to determine the level of psychological adjustment among male and female vocational training trainees. We conducted a comparative study between the sexes and used the psychological adjustment scale of Ijlal Muhammad Sari. We used various statistical methods, including frequencies, comparison of means, percentages, in addition to analysis of variance (ANOVA) and studying differences using the t-test. We concluded that there are no statistically significant differences attributable to the specializations related to the study sample. Furthermore, the differences in psychological adjustment between the sexes are statistically significant and are in favor of females.
