دور الاتصال الرقمي في تحسين التواصل بين الإدارة والموظفين داخل المؤسسات الجامعية

Abstract

ملخص هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور الاتصال الرقمي في تحسين التواصل بين الإدارة والموظفين داخل جامعة زيان عاشور بالجلفة من خلال الكشف عن واقع استخدام تطبيقات الاتصال الرقمي، وبيان مدى مساهمة الوسائط الرقمية في تعزيز فعالية التواصل الإداري والوظيفي، وتحسين كفاءة الهيكل التنظيمي داخل المؤسسة الجامعية. اعتمدت التراسة على المنهج الوصفي الميداني، واستخدمت الاستبيان أداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات من عينة عشوائية منتظمة من الموظفين والأساتذة بجامعة الجلفة .

Abstract This study aimed to identify the role of digital communication in improving communication between the administration and employees at Ziane Achour University of Djelfa. It sought to examine the reality of using digital communication applications and to determine the extent to which digital media contribute to enhancing the effectiveness of administrative and professional communication, as well as improving the efficiency of the organizational structure within the university institution. The study adopted a descriptive field approach and used a questionnaire as the main tool for data collection from a systematic random sample of employees and faculty members at the University of Djelfa.
