الملخص باللغة العربية:
تتناول هذه الدراسة الموسومة بـ"جهود ومساهمات الدول والمنظمات الإفريقية في دعم الثورة التحريرية الجزائرية 1954-1962م" الأبعاد الاستراتيجية والعمق القاري والمغاربي الذي رافق الكفاح المسلح للشعب الجزائري، حيث تبحث في كيفية نجاح الدبلوماسية الجزائرية في كسر الطوق الاستعماري الفرنسي وتدويل القضية في المحافل الدولية. وتستعرض الدراسة من خلال فصولها التحضيرات السياسية والمادية المبكرة لتفجير الثورة، مبرزةً التطور المؤسساتي لجهاز الدبلوماسية من بيان أول نوفمبر ومؤتمر الصومام وصولاً إلى تأسيس الحكومة المؤقتة كمنعطف حاسم في تمثيل القضية الجزائرية
كما ترصد أشكال الدعم والمساندة الرسمية والشعبية، السياسية والمادية واللوجستية، التي قدمتها دول القارة وزعماؤها (كمصر، تونس، المغرب، غانا، غينيا، ومالي)، مسلطةً الضوء على دور المؤتمرات الإقليمية والقارية (كأكرا، طنجة، ومونروفيا) ومنظمة التضامن الأفرو-آسيوي في حشد التأييد الدولي. وتخلص الدراسة في فصلها الأخير إلى تبيان الأثر المباشر لهذا التضامن الإفريقي الفعّال في إحباط الاستراتيجيات والمخططات العسكرية والاستعمارية الفرنسية (كخطي موريس وشال وسياسات عزل الحدود والمحتشدات) التي حاولت خنق الثورة وعزلها، لتستنتج في النهاية أن هذا الزخم الدبلوماسي المشترك شكل قوة ضغط حاسمة داخل أروقة هيئة الأمم المتحدة، مما أجبر المجتمع الدولي على الاعتراف الأممي بحق الشعب الجزائري في تقرير مصيره واستقلاله عام 1962.

This study, entitled "Efforts and Contributions of African States and Organizations in Supporting the Algerian War of Liberation (1954–1962)", examines the strategic dimensions and the continental and Maghreb depth that accompanied the armed struggle of the Algerian people. It explores how Algerian diplomacy succeeded in breaking the French colonial siege and internationalizing the Algerian cause in global forums. Through its chapters, the study reviews the early political and material preparations for the outbreak of the revolution, highlighting the institutional development of the diplomatic apparatus—from the November 1st Proclamation and the Soummam Conference to the establishment of the Provisional Government as a decisive turning point in representing the cause.
The study also documents the various forms of official and popular support—political, material, and logistical—provided by African countries and their leaders (such as Egypt, Tunisia, Morocco, Ghana, Guinea, and Mali). It sheds light on the role of regional and continental conferences (e.g., Accra, Tangier, and Monrovia) and the Afro-Asian Solidarity Organization in mobilizing international backing. In its final chapter, the study demonstrates the direct impact of this effective African solidarity in thwarting French military and colonial strategies and plans (such as the MO rice and Challe lines, border isolation policies, and regroupment camps) that sought to strangle and isolate the revolution. It concludes that this shared diplomatic momentum constituted a decisive pressure force within the United Nations, compelling the international community to recognize the Algerian people’s right to self-determination and independence in 1962.
