ملخص :
كان توسيع حركة الاستيطان الأوروبي في الجزائر من أكبر العوامل التي ساهمت في احداث اختلالات سيئة في المجتمع الجزائري , و كان هناك عدة أسباب ساعدت على تشجيع هذه الحركة و منها ترسانة القوانين التي أصدرتها فرنسا بحق الجزائر في اطار المصادرة و التمليك , و ما نتج عنها من تهجير شذاذ أوروبا نحو الجزائر حيث تشير الكثير من المصادر أن تهجير المهاجرين كانوا أنس غير مرغوب فيهم في المجتمعات الأوروبية و من أصول يهودية خاصة بعد أن أعطـــــــــي لهم حق الجنسية الفرنسية , علما أن الجزائري المسلم لا يقبل هكذا قوانين تفضل تلك الطائفة اللعينة عن الجزائري الأصيل في وطنه و أمام هذه الموجات من الهجرة و من مختلف الجنسيات أصدرت فرنسا ترسانة من القوانين و التي لا أساس لها من الشرعية سوى شرعية المغتصب على الضعيف انها قوانين المصادرة و التمليك و التي سلبت الجزائريين مصادر قوتهم و رزقهم كل ذلك في اطار سياسة التجويع و لتنشيط هذه الحركة لعبت الصحافة و الكنيسة دور كبير في تشجيع الهجرة و الدعاية لها واصفة خيرات و ثروات الجزائر بالجنة الموعودة و سارت على هذا الخط الكنيسة اذ اعتبر ذلك عملا مقدسا .

Algerian in this homeland and in front of these waves of immigration from different nationalitesfrance issued an arsenal of laws and unfounded legitimacy only the legitimacy of the rapist on the weak it is confiscated and ownership laws which Algerians robbed sources of the power and livelihood all in the contesct of the policy of starvation , in order to activate this movement the press and the church played a great role in promoting migration and propanda , describing the richness and wealth of algeria in the promised paradise .
