ملخص الدراسة باللغة العربية:
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن العلاقة بين مهارات الاتصال (اللفظية والإلكترونية) وجودة التفاعل الاجتماعي لدى عينة من طلبة جامعة زيان عاشور بالجلفة خلال الموسم الجامعي 2025/2026.
وقد انطلقت الدراسة من تساؤل رئيسي حول مدى تأثير هذه المهارات في تحسين العلاقات وتنمية التفاعل الاجتماعي داخل الوسط الجامعي.
ولتحقيقأهدافالدراسة،تمالاعتمادعلىالمنهجالوصفيالتحليليلملاءمتهلطبيعةالموضوع،كمااعتمدالبحثعلى "الاستبيان" كأداةرئيسيةلجمعالبيانات،والذيوُزععلىعينةممثلةمنمجتمعالبحث. وقدخضعتالبياناتالميدانيةللمعالجةالإحصائيةباستخدامبرنامج (SPSS)، وذلك لتحليل استجابات الطلبة واختبار صحة الفرضيات المطروحة.
خلصت الدراسة في شقها النظري والميداني إلى أهمية مهارات الاتصال في تحديد مسارات التفاعل الاجتماعي، حيث أظهرت النتائج أن التواصل الفعال يسهم بشكل مباشر في تسهيل عملية الاندماج الاجتماعي للطلبة، خاصة الجدد منهم، ويعزز من جودة الروابط التفاعلية القائمة على التعاون والاحترام المتبادل.
Abstract:
This study aimed to investigate the relationship between communication skills (verbal and electronic) and the quality of social interaction among students at ZianeAchour University of Djelfa during the academic year 2025/2026. The study was based on a main research question concerning the extent to which these skills contribute to improving relationships and enhancing social interaction within the university environment.
To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive-analytical method was adopted due to its suitability to the nature of the topic. The research also relied on a questionnaire as the main tool for data collection, which was distributed to a representative sample of the research population. The collected data were statistically analyzed using the SPSS program in order to examine students’ responses and test the proposed hypotheses.
The theoretical and field findings of the study highlighted the importance of communication skills in shaping the patterns of social interaction. The results showed that effective communication contributes directly to facilitating students’ social integration, especially for new students, and enhances the quality of interactive relationships based on cooperation and mutual respect.
