Abstract

ملخص: إن دار الحديث بتلمسان شكلت نموذجاً رائداً للمقاومة الثقافية في الجزائر خلال فترة الاحتلال الفرنسي، حيث تجاوز دورها الحدود التربوية الضيقة ليصبح مؤسسة شاملة للوعي الوطني والإصلاح الديني. لقد أثبتت أنها لم تكن مجرد مدرسة عادية، بل معقلاً للحفاظ على الهوية العربية الإسلامية في وجه سياسات التجهيل والفرنسة التي انتهجتها السلطات الاستعمارية. كما أظهرت النتائج أن خريجي دار الحديث لعبوا أدواراً بطولية خلال الثورة التحريرية، حيث استشهد منهم الكثير ، مما يعكس عمق التحول من المقاومة الثقافية إلى الكفاح المسلح كخيار فرضته ضرورات المرحلة. وإزاء تحالف بعض الطرق الصوفية مع الإدارة الفرنسية، وقفت دار الحديث شامخة مؤكدة أن الإصلاح الحقيقي يبدأ من التعليم الواعي The Dar al-Hadith in Tlemcen represented a pioneering model of cultural resistance in Algeria during the French colonial period, as its role transcended the narrow boundaries of pedagogy to become a comprehensive institution for national consciousness and religious reform. It proved itself to be not merely an ordinary school, but a stronghold for the preservation of Arab-Islamic identity in the face of the colonial authorities' policies of enforced ignorance and Francization. The findings further reveal that graduates of the Dar al-Hadith played heroic roles during the War of Liberation, with many of them achieving martyrdom—reflecting the profound transformation from cultural resistance to armed struggle as a choice imposed by the exigencies of the era. And in the face of certain Sufi orders aligning themselves with the French administration, the Dar al-Hadith stood resolute, affirming that genuine reform begins with conscious education.
