تناولت مذكرتنا موضوع النظم الآلية في المكتبات العامة: نظامSLIMS في مكتبة المطالعة العمومية الرئيسية بولاية الجلفة نموذجًا . حيث قمنا بدراسة ووصف هذا النظام الآلي المتكامل مفتوح المصدر وإبراز دوره في تسهيل الخدمات للموظفين والتطرق إلى هذه البرمجية من كل جوانبها . معتمدين في ذلك على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في الدراسة ، باعتباره أكثر المناهج ملاءمة بموضوع الدراسة . وقد تم الاستعانة بالملاحظة في بادئ الأمر، حيث تمكنَّا من خلال هذه الأداة من مراقبة ومشاهدة كيفية وواقع استخدام نظام SLIMS بالمكتبة، وكذا ملاحظة ما يحيط بالمكتبة والتعرف على بيئتها الخدماتية، كما اعتمدنا في جمع المعلومات والبيانات على المقابلة من خلال توجيه مجموعة من الأسئلة والاستفسارات لمدير مكتبة المطالعة العمومية الرئيسية وموظفيها. فالمقابلة أداة مهمة من أدوات جمع البيانات في البحث العلمي.

Abstract:
Our thesis focused on automated systems in public libraries, using the SLIMS system of the Djelfa Municipal Library as a case study. We studied and described this integrated, open-source automated system, highlighting its role in facilitating services for staff and examining all aspects of the software. We adopted a descriptive and analytical approach, considered the most appropriate methodology for this study. Initially, we conducted observations to track the use of the SLIMS system within the library, as well as its environment and equipment. Data collection relied on interviews, during which a series of questions were posed to the director and staff of the municipal library. Interviews are an essential data collection tool in scientific research.
