Abstract

ملخص: تتناول هذه الدراسة إشكالية تأثير تطبيقات الذكاء الإصطناعي على ديناميات التفاعل المهني داخل مؤسسات التوصيل السريع ، من خلال محاولة فهم الكيفية التي تعيد بها هذه التقنيات تشكيل العلاقات المهنية وأنماط التفاعل بين العمال داخل بيئة العمل، وقد هدفت الدراسة إلى تحليل تأثير تطبيقات الذكاء الإصطناعي على دينامية التفاعل المهني لدى عمال مؤسسة التوصيل السريع وإعتمدت المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ،مع إجراء دراسة ميدانية داخل المؤسسة بإستخدام المقابلة والإستبيان كأدوات لجمع البيانات، كما شملت الدراسة عمال المكاتب " الإداريين والتقنيين " بإعتبارهم الأكثر إرتباطا بالجانب التقني وإستخدام التطبيقات الذكية داخل مؤسسات التوصيل السريع ،بإعتماد العينة العشوائية البسيطة وتم تأطيرها نظريا من خلال المقاربة السوسيو تقنية وبعض التصورات السوسيولوجية المساندة لفهم التفاعل والصراع داخل بيئة العمل. وتشير نتائج الدراسة الى أن إدماج تطبيقات الذكاء الإصطناعي داخل المؤسسات لم يقتصر على تحسين الأداء التقني بل أسهم في إعادة تشكيل بنية التفاعل المهني بشكل عميق من خلال تعزيز التعاون عبر تقليل الغموض التنظيمي وتحسين التنسيق بين العمال ، كما أظهرت النتائج تنامي الإعتماد المتبادل بين العمال وظهور أنماط جديدة من الإنضباط الذاتي والصراع التنظيمي غير المباشر ، مما يعكس طبيعة التحول في بيئة العمل ، وبناء على ذلك خلصت الدراسة الى أن تطبيقات الذكاء الإصطناعي أصبحت فاعلا أساسيا في إعادة تشكيل دينامية العمل داخل المؤسسات ، حيث توازن بين تعزيز الكفاءة والتعاون من جهة ، وإنتاج أشكال جديدة من الضبط والتوتر المهني من جهة أخرى ، بما يعكس التحولات العميقة التي يشهدها العمل في ظل الرقمنة.

Abstract: This study addresses the issue of the impact of artificial intelligence applications on the dynamics of professional interaction within fast delivery companiesIt seeks to understand how these technologies reshape professional relationships and patterns of interaction among workers in the workplace. The study aimed to analyze the effect of AI applications on the dynamics of professional interaction among employees in a fast delivery companyIt adopted a descriptive-analytical approach and included a field study conducted within the company, using interviews and questionnaires as tools for data collection The study focused on office workers (administrative and technical staff), as they are the most closely connected to the technical aspects and the use of smart applications within such institutions A simple random sample was used, and the study was theoretically framed through the socio-technical approach, along with supporting sociological perspectives to better understand interaction and conflict in the work environment. The findings indicate that the integration of AI applications within the company was not limited to improving technical performance, but also contributed significantly to reshaping the structure of professional interaction. This was achieved by enhancing collaboration through reducing organizational ambiguity and improving coordination among workersThe results also revealed an increasing interdependence among employees, as well as the emergence of new forms of self-discipline and indirect organizational conflict, reflecting the evolving nature of the work environment. Based on these findings, the study concludes that AI applications have become a key factor in reshaping work dynamics within organizations. They create a balance between enhancing efficiency and cooperation on one hand, and generating new forms of control and professional tension on the other, reflecting the profound transformations that work is undergoing in the context of digitalization.
