جودة التصميم الأرغونومي لبيئة العمل وعلاقته بالراحة النفسية للموظف

Abstract

ملخص الدراسة باللغة العربية تهدف الدراسة الى التعرف على جودة التصميم الأرغونومي لبيئة العمل وعلاقته بالراحة النفسية للموظف لدى عينة من موظفي الإدارة المحلية بالجلفة, ولتحقيق ذلك اعتمد الطالب على بناء استبيانين مشتقين من استبيانات يعمل عليها الأستاذ المشرف لتقييم جودة الصميم الارغونومي و الرحة النفسية وتم توزيعه على عينة الدراسة بلغ حجمها (74) كما تم استعمال المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في الدراسة , وللتأكد من الخصائص السيكومترية للأداة والوصول الى نتائج قام الطالب بالاعتماد على نظام " spss" للمعالجة الإحصائية . وقد تم الوصول الى النتائج التالية : هناك علاقة دالة احصائيا بين جودة التصميم الأرغونومي لبيئة العمل والراحة النفسية لموظفي الإدارات المحلية بالجلفة. -مستوى جودة التصميم الأرغونومي لبيئة العمل متوسط من وجهة نظر موظفي الإدارات المحلية بالجلفة. -مستوى الراحة النفسية متوسط لدى موظفي الإدارات المحلية بالجلفة. -لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى جودة التصميم الأرغونومي لبيئة العمل من وجهة نظر الموظفين تعزى لمتغير الجنس. -لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى جودة التصميم الأرغونومي لبيئة العمل من وجهة نظر الموظفين تعزى لمتغير الأقدمية. -لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الراحة النفسية بين الموظفين تعزى لمتغير الجنس. -لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الراحة النفسية بين الموظفين تعزى لمتغير الأقدمية. ملخص الدراسة باللغة الإنجليزية : The study aims to identify the quality of ergonomic design of the work environment and its relationship with the psychological comfort of employees, using a sample of local administration employees in Djelfa. To achieve this, the student relied on developing two questionnaires derived from questionnaires used by the supervising professor to assess the quality of ergonomic design and psychological comfort. These were distributed to a study sample of (74) participants. The descriptive analytical method was used in the study. To verify the psychometric properties of the tool and to reach results, the student used the SPSS system for statistical processing. The following results were obtained: - There is a statistically significant relationship between the quality of ergonomic design of the work environment and the psychological comfort of local administration employees in Djelfa. - The level of quality of ergonomic design of the work environment is average from the perspective of local administration employees in Djelfa. - The level of psychological comfort is average among local administration employees in Djelfa. - There are no statistically significant differences in the level of quality of ergonomic design of the work environment from the employees' perspective attributed to the gender variable. - There are no statistically significant differences in the level of quality of ergonomic design of the work environment from the employees' perspective attributed to the seniority variable. - There are no statistically significant differences in the level of psychological comfort among employees attributed to the gender variable. - There are no statistically significant differences in the level of psychological comfort among employees attributed to the seniority variable.
