التدفق النفسي وعلاقته بالإتزان الإنفعالي لدى أساتذة التعليم الإبتدائي

Abstract

ملخص الدراسة: هدفت الدراسة الحالية الى الكشف عن العلاقة بين التدفق النفسي والإتزان الإنفعالي،و الكشف عن مستوى كل منهما، ولتحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة اعتمد الباحثتينعلى المنهج الوصفي الإرتباطي، لأنه الأنسب للدراسة، كما تم الإعتماد على مجموعة من الأدوات التي طبقت على البيئة الجزائرية، وتتمثل في مقياس التدفق النفسي من إعداد جاكسون ومارش، ومقياس الإتزان الإنفعالي من إعداد حسين عبد الحميد عيسى، وتم تطبيق الدراسة الأساسية على عينة قوامها (121) أستاذ في التعليم في الإبتدائي بدائرة عين وسارة أختيرت بطريقة عشوائية، وتمت معالجة البايانات التي تحصل عليها الطالبين ببرنامج spss،بالإضافة الى استعمال الباحثين عدة أساليب إحصائية، كالمتوسط الحسابي والإنحراف المعياري،إختبار(T)، معامل الإرتباط بيرسون، معامل الإرتباط سبيرمان، والإنحدار الخطي البسيط ولقد توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أنه :  توجد علاقة إرتباطية بين التدفق النفسي، والإتزان الإنفعالي لدى أساتذة التعليم الإبتدائي.  مستوى التدفق النفسي لدى أساتذة التعليم الإبتدائي مرتفع.  مستوى الإتزان الإنفعالي لدى أساتذة التعليم الإبتدائي مرتفع  توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الإتزان الإنفعالي لدى أساتذة التعليم الإبتدائي تعزى لمتغير الجنس.  لا توجد فروق ذات لالة إحصائية في مستوى التدفق النفسي لدى أساتذة التعليم الإبتدائي تعزى لمتغير الحالة الاجتماعية.  يمكن التنبؤ بمستوى الإتزان الإنفعالي من خلال التدفق النفسي لدى أساتذة التعليم الإبتدائي. الكلمات المفتاحية: التدفق النفسي، الإتزان الإنفعالي، أساتذة التعليم الإبتدائي. Abstract: The present study aimed to explore the relationship between psychological flow and emotional balance ,as well as to determine the level of each to achieve the objectives of this study the researchers adopted the descriptive correlational approach, as it is the most suitable for this type of research. A set of tools, adapted to the Algerian environment, was used. These included the Psychological Flow Scale developed by Jackson and Marsh, and the Emotional Balance Scale developed by Hussein Abdelhamid Issa. The main study was conducted on a sample of 121 primary school teachers in the district of Ain oussera, selected randomly.the collected data were analyzed using the SPSS program ,in addition to several statistical methods such as The arith of mean , standard collected data were analyzed using the deviation,T-test ,and pearson. Spearman's correlation coefficient, and simple linear regression. The study reached the following results:  There is a statistically significant correlation between psychological flow and emotional balance among primary school teachers.  The level of psychological flow among primary school teachers is high.  The level of emotional balance among primary school teachers is high.  There are statistically significant differences in the level of emotional balance among primary school teachers attributable to the gender variable.  There are no statistically significant differences in the level of psychological flow among primary school teachers attributable to the social status (marital status) variable.  Emotional balance can be predicted through psychological flow among primary school teachers.
