Abstract

ملخص الدراسة شهد المغرب الإسلامي نهضة ثقافية في مختلف الميادين معرفية خصوصا في نهاية القرن الثالث الهجري التاسع ميلادي وظهور القرن الرابع الهجري 10 م وكانت القيروان من الحواضر التي أنجبت عددا ممن تعاطوا هذه النهضة العلمية وخاصة في مجال الطب فكان من بين هؤلاء العلماء الكبار ابن الجزار القيروان من عائلة طبية وإنتاج المدرسة القيروانية ألف العديد من الكتب في شتى المجالات وأبرزها في مجال الطب وبرز في ممارسة الطب واهتمامه بمختلف فئات الناس ومعالجة أمراضهم وقد كان ابن الجزار فاعلا اجتماعيا مما منحه قيمة اجتماعية حيث جمع بين العلم والعمل مما جعل مكانته راسخة ومؤثرة في محيطه وأسهمت مؤلفاته الطبية والتي عكست سعة علمه وعمق تجربته في انتشار اسمه داخل المغرب الإسلامي وخارجه وصولا إلى المشرق والأندلس وأوروبا وقد كان لهذا الإنتاج اثر كبير في ترسيخ مكانته ليس فقط كطبيب بل كالعالم للحضور الاجتماعي والثقافي الواسع. الكلمات المفتاحية: مكانة العلماء الاجتماعية، الغرب الإسلامي، ابن الجزار القيرواني، الطب. Study Summary The Islamic Maghreb witnessed a cultural renaissance across various fields of knowledge, particularly at the end of the 3rd century AH (9th century AD) and the beginning of the 4th century AH (10th century AD). Kairouan was one of the prominent centers that produced a number of scholars who contributed to this scientific revival, especially in the field of medicine. Among these great scholars was Ibn al-Jazzar of Kairouan, who came from a medical family. The Kairouan school produced numerous works in various disciplines, most notably in medicine. Ibn al-Jazzar distinguished himself in the practice of medicine through his attention to different segments of society and his treatment of their illnesses. He also played an active social role, which granted him significant social value, as he combined knowledge with practice. This helped establish his firm and influential position within his community. His medical writings, which reflected the breadth of his knowledge and the depth of his experience, contributed to the spread of his reputation within the Islamic Maghreb and beyond, reaching the Mashriq, al-Andalus, and Europe. This intellectual production played a major role in consolidating his status, not only as a physician but also as a scholar with a broad social and cultural presence.
