Abstract

This study examines the politicalactivity of Ahmed Tawfiq Al-Madani and hisrole in the Tunisianliberationmovementbetween 1925 and 1956. It highlights the beginnings of hispolitical engagement, the development of hisnationalistawareness, and his contribution to national action through the TunisianDestour Party and variouspoliticaldelegationsadvocating national rights. The studyalso sheds light on hispolitical positions toward French colonial policies, his support for trade union activism, and the impact of his efforts on the development of the Tunisian national movement and the strengthening of liberationconsciousness in Tunisia.
