التحول الرقمي وتأثيره على الفعالية التنظيمية في المؤسسة دراسة ميدانية على عينة من موظفي مديرية الضرائب - ولاية الجلفة

Abstract

الملخص: تناولت هذه الدراسة موضوع التحول الرقمي وتأثيره على الفعالية التنظيمية داخل مديرية الضرائب بولاية الجلفة , باعتبار أن الرقمنة أصبحت من أهم الوسائل الحديثة التي تعتمدها المؤسسات لتحسين الأداء وتطوير الخدمات . وهدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى مساهمة التحول الرقمي في رفع مستوى الفعالية التنظيمية من خلال تسريع إنجاز المهام , تحسين التنسيق الإداري وتسهيل تداول المعلومات. إعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي, كما تم إستخدام الإستبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات من عينة موظفي المؤسسة, ثم تم تحليل النتائج لمعرفة العلاقة بين التحول الرقمي والفعالية التنظيمية. وأظهرت النتائج أن التحول الرقمي كان له أثر إيجابي واضح حيث ساهم في تقليل الوقت والجهد, تحسين جودة الخدمات المقدمة, تقليل الأخطاء الإدارية, وتسهيل الإتصال بين مختلف المصالح. كما بينت الدراسة أن نجاح هذا التحول يرتبط بتوفر التجهيزات التقنية الحديثة وتكوين الموظفين, ووجود دعم من الإدارة.

Summary : This study addressed the topic of digital transformatiom and its impact on organizational effectiveness within Directorate of taxes of djelfa province, considering that digitalization has become one of the most important modern approaches adopted by institutions to improve performance and develop services, The study aimed to identify the extent to which digital transformation contributes to enchancing organizational effectiveness through accelerating task completion,improving administrative coordination,and facilitating information exchange. The study adopted the descriptive method and used questionnaire as the main tool for collecting data from a sample of the institutions employess. The collected data were then analyzed to determine the relationship between digital transformation and organizational effectiveness. The findings revealed that digital transformation had a clear positive impact, as it contributed to reducing time and effort, improving the quality of services provided , minimizing administrative errors, and facilitating communication among different departments.The study also showed that the success of this transformation depends on the availability of modern technological equipment, employee training, and management support.
