Abstract

ملخص تتناول هذه الدراسة موضوع دور الجمعيات في تعزيز المسؤولية الاجتماعية، باعتبارها من أهم مكونات المجتمع المدني والفاعلين الأساسيين في تحقيق التنمية الاجتماعية وترسيخ قيم التضامن والمواطنة الفاعلة. هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى مساهمة الجمعيات بمختلف أنواعها، خاصة الجمعيات الخيرية والاجتماعية والدينية والرياضية، في تعزيز المسؤولية الاجتماعية بأبعادها الاقتصادية والقانونية والأخلاقية والإنسانية. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال استعراض الأدبيات النظرية المتعلقة بالجمعيات والمسؤولية الاجتماعية، وتحليل الأدوار التي تؤديها هذه الجمعيات في خدمة المجتمع ودعم الفئات الهشة وترسيخ القيم الأخلاقية وتعزيز الاندماج الاجتماعي. كما تطرقت الدراسة إلى الإطار القانوني والتنظيمي للجمعيات في الجزائر، وآليات دعمها وعلاقتها بالمؤسسات الرسمية. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن الجمعيات تمثل أداة فعالة في نشر ثقافة المسؤولية الاجتماعية من خلال تنظيم المبادرات التطوعية، وتقديم الخدمات الاجتماعية والإنسانية، وتعزيز قيم التكافل والتعاون والمشاركة المجتمعية. كما بينت النتائج أن فعالية الجمعيات ترتبط بمدى توفر الدعم المالي والتنظيمي، وبتعزيز الشفافية والحوكمة والشراكة مع مختلف الفاعلين الاجتماعيين. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة دعم العمل الجمعوي، وتطوير القدرات التنظيمية للجمعيات، وتوسيع مجالات الشراكة بينها وبين المؤسسات العمومية والخاصة، بما يسهم في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة وتعزيز المسؤولية الاجتماعية داخل المجتمع. الكلمات المفتاحية: الجمعيات. المسؤولية الاجتماعية. المجتمع المدني. العمل التطوعي. التنمية الاجتماعية. المواطنة الفاعلة. التكافل الاجتماعي. التنمية المستدامة.

Abstract This study examines the role of associations in promoting social responsibility, consideringthemamong the most important components of civil society and key actors in achieving social development and strengthening the values of solidarity and active citizenship. The studyaims to identify the extent to which charitable, social, religious, and sports associations contribute to enhancing social responsibilitythroughitseconomic, legal, ethical, and humanitarian dimensions. The studyadopted the descriptive-analyticalapproach by reviewing the theoreticalliteraturerelated to associations and social responsibility and analyzing the rolesplayed by theseorganizations in serving society, supportingvulnerable groups, promotingethical values, and fostering social integration. It alsoaddressed the legal and organizationalframeworkgoverning associations in Algeria, the mechanisms of institutional support, and theirrelationshipwith public institutions. The findingsrevealedthat associations represent an effective mechanism for spreading a culture of social responsibilitythroughvoluntary initiatives, social and humanitarian services, and the promotion of solidarity, cooperation, and community participation. The studyfurtherdemonstratedthat the effectiveness of associations depends on the availability of financial and organizational support, as well as on strengtheningtransparency, good governance, and partnerships withvarious social actors. The studyrecommendssupporting associative work, developing the organizationalcapacities of associations, and expanding partnerships between associations and public and private institutions in order to contribute to sustainabledevelopment and strengthen social responsibilitywithin society.
