جودة الحياة وعلاقتها بالإتزان الإنفعالي لدى أستاذات التعليم المتوسط

Abstract

ملخص الدراسة: هدفت الدراسة الحالية الى الكشف عن العلاقة بين جودة الحياة والاتزان الانفعالي لدى استاذات التعليم المتوسط ، وكذلك الكشف عن مستوى كل من جودة الحياة والاتزان الانفعالي ، وكذلك الى معرفة الفروق بين المتغيرين تبعا للحالة الاجتماعية ،وكذلك امكانية التنبؤ بمستوى جودة الحياة من خلال مستوى الاتزان الإنفعالي ،ولتحقيق اهداف الدراسة اتبعت الطالبتان المنهج الوصفي ، لأنه الأنسب للدراسة ، كما تم الاعتماد على مجموعة من الادوات التي طبقت في البيئة الجزائرية ،وتتمثل في مقياس جودة الحياة الصادر عن منظمة الصحة العالمية المختصر ،المعدل والمقنن من طرف فاطمة حمزة ، ومقياس الاتزان الانفعالي من اعداد حسين عبد الحميد عيسى ، وتم تطبيق الدراسة الاساسية على عينة قوامها (62) استاذة في التعليم المتوسط بعدد من المؤسسات التعليمية بالجلفة ،اختيرت بطريقة قصدية ،وتمت معالجة البيانات المتحصل ببرنامج spss بالاضافة الى استعمال عدة اساليب احصائية ،كالمتوسط الحسابي ،والانحراف المعياري ،اختبار(T) لعينة واحدة ولعينتين مستقلتين ، ومعامل الارتباط برسون والنسب المئوية ،وتحليل الانحدار الخطي . ولقد توصلت الدراسة الى النتائج التالية:  لاتوجد علاقة ارتباطية بين جودة الحياة والاتزان الانفعالي لدى استاذات التعليم المتوسط.  مستوى جودة الحياة لدى استاذات العليم المتوسط مرتفع.  مستوى الاتزان الانفعالي لدى استاذات التعليم المتوسط متوسط.  لاتوجد فروق في مستوى جودة الحياة لدى استاذات التعليم المتوسط تبعا للحالة الاجتماعية.  لا توجد فروق في مستوى الاتزان الانفعالي لدى استاذات التعليم المتوسط تبعا للحالة الاجتماعية .  لايمكن التنبؤ بمستوى جودة الحياة لدى استاذات التعليم المتوسط من خلال الاتزان الانفعالي. Abstract: This study aimed to investigate the relationship between quality of life and emotional stability among middle school female teachers. It also sought to identify the levels of both quality of life and emotional stability, examine differences in these variables according to marital status, and determine whether quality of life could be predicted through the level of emotional stability. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researchers adopted the descriptive method, as it was deemed the most suitable approach for the nature of the study. The instruments used were previously validated in the Algerian context, namely the abbreviated World Health Organization Quality of Life Scale (WHOQOL-BREF), adapted and standardized by Fatima Hamza, and the Emotional Stability Scale developed by Hussein Abdelhamid Issa. The study was conducted on a purposive sample consisting of 62 middle school female teachers from several educational institutions in Djelfa. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS software and a range of statistical techniques, including arithmetic means, standard deviations, one-sample t-tests, independent samples t-tests, Pearson correlation coefficient, percentages, and linear regression analysis. The study yielded the following results:  There is no statistically significant correlation between quality of life and emotional stability among middle school female teachers.  The level of quality of life among middle school female teachers is high.  The level of emotional stability among middle school female teachers is moderate.  There are no statistically significant differences in the level of quality of life among femalemiddl school teachers according to social status.  There are no statistically significant differences in the level ofemotional stability among female middle school female teachersaccording to social status.  Qualityof life cannot be predicted based on emotional stability among middle school female teachers.
