مدى مساهمة مشرف التربية في تحقيق أهداف المؤسسة التربوية من وجهة نظر الأساتذة دراسة ميدانية بثلاثة متوسطات بمدينة مسعد

Abstract

ملخص الدراسة هدفت الدراسة الى معرفة رأي الأساتذة وتقييمهم ما يقوم به مشرفي التربية في الواقع، من مهام وأدوار تربوية وإدارية واجتماعية وما مدى مساهمته في تحقيق السير الحسن للمؤسسة التربوية والحفاظ على استقرارها وتوازنها مما يجعلها تبلغ أهدافها المرجوة. ولذا فقد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي الذي طبق على عينة عرضية من 30 أستاذ وأستاذة بثلاث متوسطات من مدينة "مسعد" حيث تم استعمال استمارة الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات، تضمنت أربعة محاور، تضمن الأول البيانات الشخصية والثاني أسئلة لاختبار الفرضية الأولى والثاني لاختبار الفرضية الثانية والثالث لاختبار الفرضية الثالثة. بعد جدولة المعطيات وقراءتها احصائيا ثم تحليلها، تم استخلاص نتائج مفادها أن الفرضيات المقترحة قد تحققت حيث أن أكبر نسبة من الأساتذة المبحوثين أكدوا أن مشرفي التربية يقومون بالفعل، بمهام تربوية تساهم في تحسين العملية التعليمية والعلمية مما يزيد من التحصيل العلمي لدى التلاميذ. كما يقومون بمهام إدارية تكمن في بصفة خاصة بالاتصال والتواصل مع أولياء التلاميذ واستقبالهم مما يتعلق بأبنائهم في الحالات التي تتطلب ذلك. إضافة الى ذلك أشاد الأساتذة بالدور الاجتماعي الذي يؤديه مشرفي التربية على أحسن وجه وذلك من خلال التفاعل الإيجابي بينهم وبين التلاميذ ومحاولتهم خلق الجو المناسب للدراسة وتوطيد العلاقة بين التلاميذ عندما تسوء. وعليه نستنتج أن أغلب الأساتذة يبدون تقييما إيجابيا لما يقوم به مشرف التربية كما أنهم يؤكدون محاولاته الجادة والفعالة في السير الحسن للمؤسسة التربوية.

Study summary This study aimed to understand teachers' opinions and evaluations of the actual roles and responsibilities of educational supervisors, including their educational, administrative, and social functions, and the extent of their contribution to the smooth functioning of educational institutions and the maintenance of their stability and balance, enabling them to achieve their desired goals. Therefore, the study adopted a descriptive methodology applied to a random sample of 30 male and female teachers from three middle schools in the city of Messaad. A questionnaire was used as the data collection tool, comprising four sections: the first section included personal data, the second section tested the first hypothesis, the second section tested the second hypothesis, and the third section tested the third hypothesis. After tabulating, statistically interpreting, and analyzing the data, the results indicated that the proposed hypotheses were confirmed. The majority of the surveyed teachers affirmed that educational supervisors do indeed perform educational tasks that contribute to improving the teaching and learning process, thus increasing students' academic achievement. They also perform administrative tasks, particularly communication with students' parents and receiving them regarding their children's affairs when necessary. Furthermore, the teachers commended the social role played by the educational supervisors, highlighting their positive interaction with students, their efforts to create a conducive learning environment, and their work to strengthen relationships among students when they become strained. Therefore, we can conclude that the majority of teachers express a positive assessment of the educational supervisor's work and affirm their serious and effective efforts to ensure the smooth functioning of the educational institution.
