Abstract

This study explores "The Role of Organizational Culture in Enhancing Cybersecurity within Higher Education Institutions," specifically focusing on the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at Ziane Achour University, Djelfa. The study aims to uncover how prevailing organizational values and standards contribute to strengthening the institution's digital defense mechanisms, especially in light of the continuous escalation of cyber threats targeting the academic sector. The research addresses a central problem: "To what extent does organizational culture contribute to enhancing cybersecurity within the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences amidst increasing digital threats?" To answer this, a descriptive approach was adopted, utilizing a questionnaire as the primary tool for data collection from the study sample. The study was centered around the study hypothesis: - There is a statistically significant relationship between the prevailing organizational culture pattern and the level of cybersecurity promotion.
