Abstract

ملخص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرفعلى مستوى كل من الممارسة الاكلينيكية الرقمية والكفاءة المهنية والرضا الوظيفي، والكشف عن طبيعة العلاقة القائمة بين هاته المتغيرات، وكذا الأثر بين كل متغير والآخر لدى الأخصائيين النفسيين المتواجدين عبر المستشفيات والمراكز الصحية والعياداتبولاية الجلفة،ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة قمنا بتطبيقكل من مقياس الممارسةالاكلينيكيةالرقميةوالكفاءةالمهنية، والرضاالوظيفي، وتم إختيارعينة قصدية تكونت من (67)أخصائيا نفسيا،مستخدمين المنهج الوصفي، وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أنه: 1- مستوى الممارسةالاكلينيكيةالرقمية مرتفع لدى الأخصائيين النفسيين. 2- مستوى الكفاءة المهنية مرتفع لدىالأخصائيينالنفسيين. 3- مستوىالرضا الوظيفي مرتفعلدىالأخصائيينالنفسيين. 4- يوجدأثرللممارسةالاكلينيكيةالرقميةعلىالكفاءة المهنيةلدىالأخصائيين النفسيين. 5- يوجدأثرللممارسةالاكلينيكيةالرقميةعلىالرضا الوظيفيلدىالأخصائيينالنفسيين. 6- يوجدأثرللكفاءة المهنيةعلىالرضا الوظيفيلدىالأخصائيينالنفسيين. Abstract : The study aimed to assess the levels of digital clinical practice, professional competence, and job satisfaction, to identify the nature of the relationship between these variables, and to examine the interrelationships among them among psychologists working in hospitals, health centers, and clinics in the province of Djelfa. To achieve the study’s objectives, we administered the Digital Clinical Practice Scale, the Professional Competence Scale, and the Job Satisfaction Scale. A purposive sample of 67 psychologists was selected, and a descriptive approach was used. The study’s results showed that: 1. The level of digital clinical practice is high among psychologists. 2. The level of professional competence is high among psychologists. 3. The level of job satisfaction is high among psychologists. 4. Digital clinical practice has an impact on professional competence among psychologists. 5. Digital clinical practice has an impact on job satisfaction among psychologists. 6. Professional competence has an impact on job satisfaction among psychologists.
