وفي الأخير خلصت الدراسة إلى أن الضغوط المهنية تعد من العوامل المؤثرة في سلوك الأساتذة داخل المؤسسة التربوية، وأن ارتفاع مستوى الضغوط المهنية ينعكس على درجة الالتزام الوظيفي لديهم،مما يستوجب تحسين ظروف العمل والتخفيف من مصادر الضغط Conclusion Finally, the study concluded that occupational stress is one of the factors influencing teachers' behavior within the educational institution.
