Abstract:
تناولت هذه الدّراسة تطوّر الحركات النّسوية في الغرب والعالم العربي ، وكشفت محدّدات الحريم بمختلف أشكاله الّتي أسهمت في ترسيخه وإعادة إنتاجه. كما أبرزت الدّراسة تجليات هذا النّسق في الخطابات النّسوية المعاصرة من خلال قراءات نقدية لبعض القضايا مثل الحجاب والميراث و تعدّد الزوجات ، وماتكشفه من صور الإقصاء والتّهميش. ويعد خطاب فاطمة المرنيسي محورًا مركزيًا في التّحليل ، خاصة في نقدها للمرجعيات التّراثية التي استُخدمت لتكريس الهيمنة الذّكورية عبر مساءلة التأويلات ونقد بعض الأحاديث النّبوية المعادية للنساء . ويُختتم البحث بتحليل تجربة المرنيسي للحريم في الثّقافتين الشّرقية والغربية ،مُظهرًا كي فتكش فقراءتها عن امتداد بنية الحريم إلى تمثلات أخرى ، إضافة إلى توظيفها شخصية شهرزاد لفضح ازدواجية التّمثّلات الثّقافية حول المرأة.
This study examines the development of feminist movements in the West and the Arab world and uncovers the determinants of the harem in its various forms, which have contributed to its consolidation and reproduction. The study also highlights the manifestations of this system in contemporary feminist discourses through critical readings of issues such as the veil, inheritance, and polygamy, and the forms of exclusion and marginalization they reveal. Fatima Mernissi’s discourse constitutes a central focus of the analysis, particularly in her critique of traditional authorities that have been used to reinforce male dominance, through questioning interpretive readings and challenging certain misogynistic prophetic hadiths. The research concludes by analyzing Mernissi’s experience of the harem in both Eastern and Western contexts, demonstrating how her readings reveal the extension of the harem structure to other representations, as well as her use of the character Scheherazade to expose the duality of cultural representations of women.
Cette étude examine le développement des mouvements féministes en Occident et dans le monde arabe et met en lumière les déterminants du harem sous ses différentes formes, qui ont contribué à sa consolidation et à sa reproduction. Elle souligne également les manifestations de ce système dans les discours féministes contemporains à travers des lectures critiques de questions telles que le voile, l’héritage et la polygamie, ainsi que les formes d’exclusion et de marginalisation qu’elles révèlent. Le discours de Fatima Mernissi constitue un axe central de l’analyse, notamment dans sa critique des autorités traditionnelles utilisées pour renforcer la domination masculine, en remettant en question certaines interprétations et en critiquant certains hadiths misogynes. L’étude se termine par l’analyse de l’expérience de Mernissi du harem dans les contextes oriental et occidental, montrant comment ses lectures révèlent l’extension de la structure du harem à d’autres représentations, ainsi que son recours au personnage de Shéhérazade pour dévoiler la dualité des représentations culturelles de la femme.
