Abstract:
تقدم هذه الرسالة تصميم وتنفيذ وتَحَقُّق تجريبي لنظام إدارة طاقة المنزل الذكي (SHEMS) المبني على تقنيات مفتوحة المصدر، متكامل مع Home Assistant وEMHASS. يهدف النظام إلى تحسين استهلاك الطاقة السكني بتنسيق توليد الطاقة الشمسية (PV)، تخزين البطاريات والأحمال القابلة للتأجيل تحت تعرفة حسب الوقت (TOU). تم تطوير إطار تحسين بالبرمجة الخطية (LP) لتقليل التكاليف مع الالتزام بقيود حالة الشحن، حدود القدرة ومرونة المستخدم. نُشر النظام في منزل حقيقي بأجهزة منخفضة التكلفة (ESP32 وراسبيري باي 400)، مستخدماً MQTT للتواصل ولوحات مراقبة في الوقت الفعلي. أظهرت التجارب في سيناريوهات مختلفة تحسناً في الكفاءة، زيادة الاستهلاك الذاتي للطاقة الشمسية، تقليل الاعتماد على الشبكة في الذروة وتوفير التكاليف. يؤكد العمل فعالية المنصات المفتوحة في إدارة الطاقة السكنية ويقدم إطاراً قابلاً للتوسع والتكرار.
This thesis presents the design, implementation, and experimental validation of a Smart Home Energy Management System (SHEMS) using open-source technologies, integrating Home Assistant and EMHASS. The system optimizes residential energy use by coordinating photovoltaic (PV) generation, battery storage, and deferrable loads under time-of-use (TOU) tariffs. A linear programming (LP) framework minimizes electricity costs while respecting battery state-of-charge, power limits, and user-defined flexibility constraints. Deployed in a real home with low-cost hardware (ESP32 sensors and Raspberry Pi 400), it employs MQTT for communication and Home Assistant dashboards for real-time monitoring. Experiments across grid-only, PV-integrated, and PV-battery scenarios demonstrate improved energy efficiency, higher PV self-consumption, reduced peak grid demand, and significant cost savings through intelligent scheduling. This work validates the effectiveness of open-source optimization for practical residential energy management and provides a scalable, reproducible framework bridging theory and real-world application.
Cette thèse présente la conception, la mise en œuvre et la validation expérimentale d’un Système de Gestion d’Énergie pour Maison Intelligente (SHEMS) basé sur des technologies open-source, intégrant Home Assistant et EMHASS. Le système optimise la consommation résidentielle en coordonnant la production photovoltaïque (PV), le stockage par batterie et les charges reportables sous tarifs à temps d’utilisation (TOU). Un cadre d’optimisation par programmation linéaire (LP) minimise les coûts électriques tout en respectant les contraintes d’état de charge, de puissance et de flexibilité utilisateur. Déployé dans une maison réelle avec du matériel économique (capteurs ESP32 et Raspberry Pi 400), il utilise MQTT pour la communication et des tableaux de bord pour la supervision en temps réel. Les essais sur différents scénarios (réseau seul, PV, PV+batterie) montrent une meilleure efficacité énergétique, une autoconsommation PV accrue, une réduction des pointes réseau et des économies significatives. Ce travail confirme l’efficacité des approches open-source pour la gestion énergétique résidentielle et propose un cadre scalable et reproductible.
