Abstract

تُقدّم هذه المطبوعة البيداغوجية مقرّر «البرمجة والذكاء الاصطناعي 1» المخصّص لطلبة الماستر في علم الاجتماع الانحراف والجريمة، في إطار وحدة تعليم أفقية. حيث أنّ استخدامالذكاء الاصطناعي المسؤول في البحث الجنائي يستلزم تكويناً مزدوجاً يجمع بين الكفاءة التقنية والوعي السوسيولوجي والأخلاقي. تنظّم المطبوعة محتواها في أربع عشرة محاضرة تغطّي المدخل المفاهيمي والتاريخي للذكاء الاصطناعي، والمفاهيم الأساسية للبرمجة (المتغيّرات، الجمل الشرطية، الحلقات، الدوال)، وأهمّية الذكاء الاصطناعي في العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية، والمعالجة الآلية للغة، والتعلّم الآلي، والتعلّم العميق، وهندسة الأوامر، والإنسانيات الرقمية. ثمّ تُعالج الأبعاد الاجتماعية للذكاء الاصطناعي، والصعوبات المنهجية لاستخدامه في البحث الاجتماعي، والآثار السلبية المرتبطة به (التحيّز الخوارزمي، المراقبة الجماعية، الجرائم الجديدة)، وتُختتم بنقاش مفتوح حول المستقبل. تعتمد المطبوعة منهجاً وصفياً تحليلياً نقدياً، يستند إلى مراجعة أدبيات أكاديمية متعدّدة اللغات. وتُبرز المطبوعة أنّ الباحث المعاصر في علوم الانحراف يحتاج إلى وعي نقدي بحدود التقنية ومخاطرها، وأنّ حوكمة الذكاء الاصطناعي في العدالة الجنائية تستلزم تعاون الباحثين والمؤسّسات ذات العلاقة. الكلمات المفتاحية: الذكاء الاصطناعي؛ علم الاجتماع الانحراف؛ البرمجة؛ التعلّم الآلي؛ التحيّز الخوارزمي؛ الإنسانيات الرقمية.

Abstract This pedagogical course booklet presents the curriculum for Programming and Artificial Intelligence 1, designed for Master’s students in Sociology of Deviance and Crime as part of a cross-disciplinary teaching unit. The responsible use of artificial intelligence in criminological research requires a dual form of training that combines technical competence with sociological and ethical awareness. The booklet is structured around fourteen lectures covering the conceptual and historical foundations of artificial intelligence; the fundamental concepts of programming, including variables, conditional statements, loops, and functions; the significance of artificial intelligence in the humanities and social sciences; natural language processing; machine learning; deep learning; prompt engineering; and digital humanities. It then examines the social dimensions of artificial intelligence and the methodological challenges associated with its use in social research, as well as its adverse implications, including algorithmic bias, mass surveillance, and emerging forms of crime. The booklet concludes with an open discussion of the future of artificial intelligence. It adopts a descriptive, analytical, and critical approach based on a review of multilingual academic literature. It emphasizes that contemporary researchers in the field of deviance studies need a critical understanding of the limitations and risks of technology, and that the governance of artificial intelligence in criminal justice requires cooperation among researchers and relevant institutions. Résumé Ce polycopié pédagogique présente le programme du cours « Programmation et intelligence artificielle 1 », destiné aux étudiants de master en sociologie de la déviance et du crime, dans le cadre d’une unité d’enseignement transversale. L’utilisation responsable de l’intelligence artificielle dans la recherche criminologique nécessite une double formation associant des compétences techniques à une conscience sociologique et éthique. Le polycopié est structuré en quatorze cours couvrant les fondements conceptuels et historiques de l’intelligence artificielle, les notions fondamentales de la programmation — notamment les variables, les instructions conditionnelles, les boucles et les fonctions —, l’importance de l’intelligence artificielle dans les sciences humaines et sociales, le traitement automatique du langage naturel, l’apprentissage automatique, l’apprentissage profond, l’ingénierie des prompts et les humanités numériques. Il examine ensuite les dimensions sociales de l’intelligence artificielle, les difficultés méthodologiques liées à son utilisation dans la recherche sociale, ainsi que ses effets négatifs, notamment les biais algorithmiques, la surveillance de masse et les nouvelles formes de criminalité. Le polycopié s’achève par une discussion ouverte sur l’avenir de l’intelligence artificielle. Il adopte une approche descriptive, analytique et critique, fondée sur une revue de la littérature académique multilingue. Il souligne que le chercheur contemporain dans le domaine des études sur la déviance doit développer une compréhension critique des limites et des risques de la technologie, et que la gouvernance de l’intelligence artificielle dans le domaine de la justice pénale exige une coopération entre les chercheurs et les institutions concernées.
