Les points noirs du réseaux routier de la wilaya du Djelfa

Abstract

Résumé : Ces dernières années, l’Algérie est classée parmi les premiers pays enregistrant des taux d’accidents routiers très élevés, notamment La wilaya de Djelfa arrive en tête du classement en termes de nombre de décès. Les causes sont en général nombreuses et ce n’est pas toujours l’usager et le véhicule qui en sont responsables. Dans certains cas, la route, elle aussi, peut être la cause de très graves accidents. C’est à cette dernière que nous allons nous intéresser dans ce mémoire aux Différents défauts attribués à l’étude, à la conception et à l’entretien périodique de la route vont être signalés afin d’attirer l’attention des services concernés pour qu’ils soient corrigés dans ce qui existe comme routes et évités lors de la réalisation des nouveaux projets. Quelques recommandations, que nous jugeons utiles, vont également être proposées. En effet, il est possible de rencontrer des défauts dans le tracé d’une route, comme un tracé incorrect d’une courbe horizontale (virage) qui ne vérifie pas les conditions techniques, ou des défauts dans son aménagement. Il faut signaler enfin, qu’une route bien tracée, bien dimensionnée, bien conçue et bien aménagée réduira sûrement le taux des accidents Abstract In recent years, Algeria has been ranked among the countries of highest rate of road accidents. The wilaya of Djelfa, namely, is considered the first in accident death toll. Yet, motorists and vehicles are not always the main cause of these serious accidents. In many cases, the primary cause of the accidents is the bad condition of the road itself. The latter is our main interest in this dissertation. Different faults attributed to project consideration, design and periodical maintenance will be reported to draw attention of the services in charge to repair those faults rather than realize new projects. Some recommendations, which we consider useful, will also be proposed. In fact, it is possible to come across some faults, such as: bad road alignment, lack or misuse of road signs, low quality of materials used in paving the road, insufficiency of friction surfacing, etc. We shall report, in the end, that the road which is well-marked, well-measured and designed will certainly reduce the rate of accidents. Moreover, such good road will facilitate driving and maintain the vehicle in a good state. Thus, this will reduce the rate of accidents caused by the motorist and the vehicle, as well. ملخص : خلال السنوات الأخيرة عرفت الجزائر ارتفاعا كبيرا في حوادث المرور وصنفت من ضمن الدول الاكثر عددا من حيث الضحايا. وتعتبر ولاية الجلفة الأولى وطنيا لعدة أسباب ولا يمكن أن نعتبر السيارة والسائق السببين الرئيسين بل الطريق قد تكون العامل الأساسي وهو موضوع دراستنا لرسالة التخرج. سنتطرق إلى الأخطاء من حيث التصميم والدراسة لشبكة الطرق الخاصة بولايتنا وبذلك نلفت انتباه المسؤولين حتى يتجنبوا الوقوع فيها عند اي تصميم جديد للطرق او إعادة تهيئتها. بعض المقترحات والتوجيهات سيتم إدراجها في هذا البحث من حيث المنعرجات والأطوال المناسبة لكل نقطة من النقاط السوداء الموجودة بولاية الجلفة. وفي الأخير طريق مصمم حسب المعايير ومنجز بإحكام يمكنه أن يقلل من خطر حوادث المرور ويعمل على السلامة المرورية.
