Résumé Le but de ce travail est montré la faisabilité techniquement de réalisation D’un bâtiment en R+4, conçu en zone sismique, Cette étude permettra de Mettre en avant l'effet séisme sur la conception architecturelle à adopter Ainsi que sur les caractéristiques des matériaux de la construction, avec Contreventé par portiques et voiles pour la stabilité Abstract The aime of This Works Is to show the feasibility of producing a technically Building R+4 , designed in seismic zone , this study will highlight the Earthquake on architecturally design to take effect as well as the Characteristics of materials of construction, with freestanding braced and Wall concrete .
