Abstract:
تمحورت الدراسة حول النشاط البدني الرياضي التربوي واثره في التقليل من مستويات الاغتراب النفسي لذى تلاميذ المرحلة الثانوية حيث توصل الباحث ان هناك اثر في تخفيف من ظاهرة الاغتراب وهناك فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين الممارسات وغير الممارسات ، وان النشاط البدني الرياضي له دور كبير في العجز والرفض ، العزلة الاجتماعية، اللامعيارية وصولا الى الاغتراب النفسي .
The study question: Does the exercise of sports physical education contribute to reduce the levels of psychological alienation among pupils of Western Sahara in secondary school ?
* The main objectives of the study: To know the extent to which physical activity sports can affect the levels of psychological alienation and identify the levels of alienation among Western students secondary school and the relevant aspects through the differences between students practices and non-practices of physical activity sports education.
* Methodology of the study: The researcher used the descriptive approach, for one group intended, and then applied the scale of psychological alienation.
* Sample: The sample of the study consisted of 148 students from Western Sahara who studied for each of the states of Djelfa and Laghouat for the secondary education stage were chosen in a deliberate manner.
* Study tools: The researcher used the following tools: 1- Psychometric extrapolation scale, which includes five dimensions, namely disability, rejection, indifference, social isolation, and immorality. The researcher confirmed the validity of the tools used by the arbitrators' credibility and the stability of the tool before actual application.
* Methods of data analysis: The researcher used the SPSS program to study through descriptive statistics: It includes the following methods:
- arithmetic mean - standard deviation - percentage.
- Indicative statistics: It includes the following methods:
- Pearson correlation coefficient - T test (T) test - T to study differences - Enough square X2 - Stability coefficient (Crombach).
Main Findings: The present study highlighted the following results:
a.There are statistically significant differences in the level of disability of students in Western Sahara practices and non-practices of physical activity in sports education for the benefit of the sample practice.
b.There are statistically significant differences in the level of rejection among students of Western Sahara practices and non-practices of physical activity.
C. There are statistically significant differences in the level of incontinence among Western Desert pupils, practices and non-practices of physical activity.
d.There are statistically significant differences in the level of social isolation among the Western Desert pupils, the practices and the non-practices of physical activity.
e. There are statistically significant differences in the level of non-conformity among the Western Desert pupils, the practices and the non-practices of physical activity.
Based on this, and with the achievement of all the hypotheses that flow on this study and with the achievement of the general hypothesis, we have reached the contribution of physical activity sports educational in reducing the levels of alienation of psychophysics in the Western Sahara secondary school and through the levels of alienation, where the psychological levels were "low" Practices and "high" in the schoolgirls of other practices of physical activity sports educational, Fensteng that the contribution of physical activity sports educational has a significant role in educational institutions, especially at this sensitive stage, where we show here the impact of physical activity sports Boy in the development of psychological and social aspects and the development of moral values. Therefore, the practice of physical activity sports education helps greatly in reducing the alienation of psychological or not at least in the schoolchildren of the Western Desert teachers, where access to this requirement depends on physical activity sports educational.
