Abstract

ملخص الدراسة: تهدف الدراسة إلى: التعرف على أثر التكوين قبل الخدمة على أداء أساتذة مرحلة التعليم المتوسط. وإلى التعرف على أثر التكوين أثناء الخدمة على أداء أساتذة مرحلة التعليم المتوسط . وإلى التعرف على الفروق في متوسطات أداء أساتذة مرحلة التعليم المتوسط التي تعزى إلى متغيرات[ طبيعة التكوين قبل الخدمة ( خريج معهد أو مدرسة عليا/ خريج جامعة)، تخصص شهادة التخرج (مطابقة لتخصص التدريس/ غير مطابقة لمادة التدريس)، الخبرة المهنية للأساتذة ، جنس الأستاذ] . وباعتماد المنهج الوصفي، واختيار عينة طبقية نسبية من أساتذة التعليم المتوسط قدرت بـ 249 أستاذا موزعين على 50 أستاذا خريج معهد تكنولوجي للتربية، و45 أستاذا خريج مدرسة عليا للأساتذة، و154 أستاذا خريج جامعة ممن وظفوا توظيفا مباشرا على أساس الشهادة أو على أساس المسابقة، تم استهدافها بأداة استبيان، وعينة قصدية من مفتشي التعليم المتوسط ممن يؤطرون عينة الأساتذة في مدينة الجلفة بلغ عددها 16 مفتشا يمثلون جميع المواد المدرسة في التعليم المتوسط تم استهدافها بأداة المقابلة. تم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية: - يعمل التكوين قبل الخدمة على إعداد أساتذة مرحلة التعليم المتوسط ثقافيا وأكاديميا وتربويا وعمليا من خلال إكسابهم معارف مهارات واتجاهات مما يؤثر إيجابا على أدائهم. - يؤدي التكوين أثناء الخدمة من خلال محتوياته وتعدد وتنوع أنشطته إلى تجديد معارف أساتذة التعليم المتوسط وتنمية مهاراتهم وتطوير اتجاهاتهم المهنية والتربوية مما يؤثر إيجابا على أدائهم. - توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات أداء أساتذة مرحلة التعليم المتوسط تعزى إلى متغيرات[ طبيعة التكوين قبل الخدمة ( خريج معهد أو مدرسة عليا/ خريج جامعة)، الخبرة المهنية للأساتذة ، جنس الأستاذ] . - لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات أداء أساتذة مرحلة التعليم المتوسط تعزى إلى متغير تخصص شهادة التخرج (مطابقة لتخصص التدريس/ غير مطابقة لمادة التدريس). وختمت الدراسة باستنتاج عام للدراسة على ضوء أهداف الدراسة، ووفق ما توصل إليه حررت خاتمة الدراسة التي أفرزت توصيات ترمي إلى تحسين عمليتي التكوين قبل و أثناء الخدمة استشفها الباحث من الدراسة في جانبيها النظري والميداني. الكلمات المفتاحية : التكوين قبل الخدمة – التكوين أثناء الخدمة – أداء الأستاذ – مرحلة التعليم المتوسط Résumé d'étude: Cette étude vise : • l’identification de l’impact de la formation initiale sur la performance des professeurs de l’enseignement moyen. (Avant l’exercice du métier d’enseignant). • l’identification de l’impact de la formation continue sur la performance des professeurs de l’enseignement moyen. (Pendant l’exercice du métier d’enseignant). • L’identification des différences dans la performance moyenne entre les enseignants du cycle moyen en tenant compte des variables : a) Nature de la formation avant la pratique de l’enseignement : (Diplômé de l’institut de l’éducation ou l’école supérieur / Diplômé universitaire). b) Spécialité du diplôme :(correspondant à la discipline / ne correspondant pas). c) L’expérience professionnelle de l’enseignant. d) Le sexe de l’enseignant. En adoptant l’approche descriptive, une catégorie d’enseignants du cycle moyen estimée à 249 professeurs a répondu à un questionnaire visant l’impact de la formation sur leurs pratiques dans les classes. Les participants ont été répartis de la façon suivante : - 50 professeurs diplômés de l’institut de l’éducation. - 45 professeurs diplômés de l’école supérieure des professeurs. - 154 professeurs diplômés universitaires (recrutés directement sur la base d’un concours) Nous avons, aussi, menu des rencontres avec 16 inspecteurs encadreurs et formateurs de l’enseignement moyen de toutes les disciplines dans la ville de Djelfa.

Les résultats obtenus, après ce travail, sont les suivants :

• La formation initiale a un impact très positif car elle prépare l’enseignant sur tous les plans (culturel, académique, pédagogique et pratique) en lui permettant l’acquisition des connaissances et des compétences nécessaires pour l’exercice de ce métier. • La formation continue développe la performance de l’enseignant ; lui permet d’être à jour dans l’exercice de son travail et l’aide à renouveler ses connaissances et développer ses compétences. • Il existe des différences remarquables dans la performance moyenne des enseignants selon la variable de la nature de la formation avant la pratique de l’enseignement : (Diplômé de l’institut de l’éducation ou l’école supérieur / Diplômé universitaire / L’expérience professionnelle de l’enseignant / Le sexe de l’enseignant). • Statistiquement, il n’ya pas de différence dans la performance des enseignants en raison de la spécialité du diplôme (correspondant à la discipline enseignée / ne correspondant pas).

A la fin de cette étude, une conclusion générale est rédigée, dans laquelle, l’auteur propose des recommandations qui visent l’amélioration et le développement des opérations de la formation initiale et continue.

Abstract: The present research paper aims to identify three main points, which are: the impact of pre-service; during service training on the middle school teachers’ performance; the statistical significance differences between the teachers’ performance which are due to the following factors: the nature of pre -service training (university graduate, or high school of teachers graduate, technical institution of education),the relationship between the degree(diploma) and the teaching field( conform to the specialization or not),the professional experience, and the teacher’s gender. By using the descriptive approach and the questionnaire as a tool of data gathering, the present study specialized in a proportional sample of 249 middle school teachers distributed as follows: 50 teachers graduate from the technical institution of education; 45 teachers graduate from the high school of teachers; 154 teachers graduate from the university. Also, we were using the interview for purposive sample which is composed from 16 inspectors of all middle school courses. This study is concluded that: - The pre-service training has an important effect on the: cultural; academic; educational; and professional of middle school teachers by provide them with: skills, knowledge, trends. - Through its content, and diversity of activities, during service training has an important effect on: skills development, creation of new professional; educational trends, and knowledge renewing of middle school teachers which can be helpful for their performance. - There are a statistically significant differences between the overages of the middle school teachers’ performance due to the following variables: the nature of pre -service training (university graduate, or high school of teachers graduate, technical institution of education) ),the professional experience, and the teacher’s gender. - There are no statistically significant differences between the overages of the middle school teachers’ performance due to the following variables: the relationship between the degree (diploma) and the teaching field (conform to the specialization or not. - Through the theoretical and practical sides of this study, the research is concluded with a set of recommendations for improving the pre-service; during service training.
