Synthèse et caractérisation de deux structures hétérocycliques à cinq et sept chaînons

Abstract

Le présent travail développe des méthodes de synthèses de structures hétérocycliques à partir de l’acide déhydroacetique produit commercial, et utilisé depuis 1950. L’établissement dans notre laboratoire d’un plan de synthèse sur la base de travaux déjà réalisés appuyés d’une recherche bibliographique actualisée nous a permis de cibler les deux structures benzimidazolones et benzodiazepines D’une part, après une étude détaillée des différentes méthodes de synthèses des bezimidazolones citées récemment dans la littérature nous avons pu élaborer des benzimidazolones dans des conditions simples et économiques. D’autre part, de la même manière, nous avons présenté une recherche bibliographique détaillée sur la structure benzodiazépine relative à ses méthodes de synthèse et à son champ d’application. Nous avons recherché de nouvelles méthodes de synthèse de structure de type pyrano-1,5-benzodiazépine. En perspective, nous projetons d’exploiter ces structures à sites fonctionnels en les opposants à des réactions d’alkylation, d’acylation…

تقدم هذه الأطروحة أساليب تركيب عضوي لهياكل غير متجانسة ابتداء من حمض ديهيدرواستيك التجاري المستخدم منذ 1950 وضع على مستوى مخبرنا لخطة تركيب عضوي على أساس أعمال منجزة مدعمة بمراجع حديثة مكننا من استهداف الهيكلين بنزميدازولون و بنزوديازيبين .

من جهة قدمنا دراسة مفصلة لمختلف أساليب التركيب العضوي للبزميدازولون التي نقلت حديثا عن المراجع كما تمكنا من إنشاء هذا الهيكل في ظروف بسيطة واقتصادية.

ومن جهة أخرى وبنفس الطريقة تم تقديم دراسة مفصلة لمختلف هياكل بنزوديازيبين تخص أساليب تركيبها ونطاق استغلالها . ثم بحثنا طرق جديدة لإنشاء هياكل من نوع بيرانو1.5 بنزوديازيبين.

استشرافا للمستقبل نتوقع استغلال هذه الهياكل ذات المواقع الوظيفية في تفاعلات آلكلة، أسيلة.....

The present work develops methods of synthesis of heterocyclic structures by using the dehydroacetic acid, a commercial product used since 1950, as starting material.

The establishment in our laboratory of a plan of synthesis on the basis of work already completed, supported with up to date bibliographic study, enabled us to target the two structures of benzimidazolones and benzodiazepines. After a detailed study of the mescillaneous methods of synthesis of the bezimidazolones recently reported, we could work out benzimidazolones molecules under simple and economic conditions.

In the same way, we presented a detailed bibliographic study of benzodiazepine structure relating to its methods of synthesis and its field of application. We sought new methods of synthesis of structure of the pyrano-1,5-benzodiazepine type.

In prospect, we plan to exploit these structures with functional sites by opposing them to reactions of alkylation, acylation…
