Abstract:
Ce travail a un double objectif , d’une part l’étude de diagnostic de la mammite sub- clinique chez le cheptel ovin et caprin dans la région de Djelfa et d’autre part l’utilisation des techniques de dépistage pour détecter cette maladie inapparente et qui n’a pas des signes cliniques.
Les résultats trouvés des différentes techniques donnent une corrélation très importante entre ces techniques et la qualité du lait.
La mammite sub-clinique a un effet sur la consommation et la transformation du lait. L’utilisation de la technique du comptage des cellules somatiques est d’une extrême importance et constitue un meilleur modèle de diagnostic grâce à sa rapidité et à la
fiabilité des résultats
The present work has two objectives. One is the study of the diagnostic sub clinical inflammation breast in the ovine and caprine livestock in the region of (Djelfa). The second is the use of screening techniques to detect this hidden malady; which has no clinical signs.
The results of the different techniques show correlation between these techniques and the quality of milk.
The sub clinical inflammation breast has an effect on the consumption and transformation of milk.
The use of the somatic cells counting technique is of great Importance and constitutes a
better diagnosis; model due to its swiftness and the reliability of the results
