Résumé
Cette étude présente l’analyse du comportement hydrodynamique d’un piston
de moteur Diesel. Le mouvement est simulé en tenant compte de la lubrification du
piston. Les résultats obtenus montrent que le mouvement secondaire est influencé par
des paramètres de design tels que le profil de la jupe du piston, le jeu radial et le
désaxage de l’axe piston par rapport à l’axe de symétrie du piston. Ces paramètres ont
une grande importance sur l’augmentation de la performance du piston notamment le
frottement et la perte de puissance.
Abstract
This study presents the analysis of the hydrodynamic behavior of a piston of
diesel engine. The movement is simulated by taking account of the lubrication of the
piston. The results obtained show that the secondary movement is influenced by
parameters of design such as the profile of the skirt of the piston, the radial play and
the offsetting of the axis piston compared to the axis of symmetry of the piston. These
parameters have a great importance on the increase in the performance of the piston in
particular the friction and the loss of power.
