Dans cette étude, on développe un code de calcul donnant solution au phénomène de cavitation, présent dans le film d'huile de la lubrification hydrodynamique d'un piston, de moteur à combustion interne. En développant un algorithme donnant la zone de cavitation, s'appuyant sur le modèle de Murty. Partant d'une zone initiale arbitraire à frontière connue, le modèle est construit de manière itérative en résolvant l'équation de Reynolds et en déterminant le champ de pression développé dans le film lubrifiant du modèle hydrodynamique. La frontière sépare la zone active et la zone de cavitation (de pression négative) dans le film d'huile.
Abstract
In this study, we develop a calculating code giving a solution to the phenomenon of cavitation, present in the oil film of the hydrodynamic lubrication of a piston for an internal combustion engine. By developing an algorithm giving the zone of cavitation being based on theMurty model. Starting from an arbitrary initial zone at known border the model is built in an iterative way by solving the Reynolds equation, and by determining the field of pressure developed in the lubricating film of thehydrodynamic model. The border separates the active zone and the cavitation zone (ofnegative pressure) in the oil film.
