Etude du comportement mécanique du concassé de « TAICHA » PAR AJOUT DE LIANT HYDRAULIQUE (CIMENT

Abstract

RESUME L’étude que nous allons exposer s’inscrit dans le cadre de stabilisation des sols, qui est réalisés sur des matériaux locaux, le gravier concassé calcaire ont été ramenés de la région de HASSI BAHBAH et le ciment de M’sila et ciment + chaux ; chaux de SAIDA qui sont disponible dans le marché. Après la caractérisation des matériaux utilisés, on a étudiés six mélanges de calcaire avec ciment, ensuite huit mélanges combinés entre ciment + chaux on commençant par l’analyse granulométrique de tous les mélanges puis la détermination de la densité sèche maximale et la teneur en eau optimum, .et par la suite déterminer le meilleur teneur en ciment et ciment + chaux qui donne les meilleurs propriétés mécaniques. ABSTRACT The study that we will expose registers within the framework of stabilization of the grounds, who is carried out on local materials, the calcareous gravel chippings were brought back area of HASSI BAHBAH and cement of M’sila and cement + lime; lime of SAIDA which are available in the market. After the characterization of materials used, one studied six mixtures of limestone with cement, then eight mixtures combined between cement + lime one beginning with the granulometric analysis of all the mixtures then the determination of the maximum dry density and the water content optimum, .e to thereafter determine best the content of cement and cement + lime which gives best the mechanical properties.

ملخص هذه الدراسة المعروضة تمت علي مواد محلية تم نقلها من موقع شمال مدينة حاسي بحبح يسمى TAICHA بإضافة مادة الاسمنت المستخرجة من مدينة "مسيلة" و الجير المستخرج من مدينة "سعيدة" وهي متوفرة بالسوق. قمنا باستعمال تجربة الرص" بروكتور" للعينات الستة 6% ,5%,4%,3%,2% ,0% وذلك لمعرفة الكثافة الجافة العليا ونسبة الماء الملائمة . بتجربة اللازمة التي تعطينا أحسن الخصائص الميكانيكية .
