الثواب و العقاب و اثرهما على التحصيل الدراسي

Abstract

ملخص : هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة الثواب والعقاب وأثرهما على التحصيل الدراسي لدى تلاميذ الثانوي , وحاولت الدراسة إظهار العلاقة بين الثواب والعقاب بالتحصيل الدراسي استندت هاته الدراسة على ثلاث فرضيات فرعية الفرضية الأولى :التعزيز المادي الايجابي يزيد من التحصيل المعرفي لطلبة التعليم الثانوي الفرضية الثانية: التعزيز المعنوي الايجابي يزيد من الاندماج الاجتماعي لطلبة التعليم الثانوي الفرضية الثالثة : تغليب العقاب المادي يخلف سلوكيات سلبية لطلبة التعليم الثانوي واتبعت هاته الد ارسة المنهج الوصفي من خلال م ارجعة الجانب النظري واعتمدت دراستنا على النظرية الكلاسيكية ,كما اعتمدت معلمي الطور الثانوي كعينة لكي يصفو لنا الثواب والعقاب كونهم أصحاب تجربة في التعامل مع التلاميذ في المرحلة الثانوية , وتوصلت الدراسة الى عدد من النتائج وجدنا انا هناك علاقة بين أساليب الثواب والعقاب بالتحصيل الدراسي والاندماج الاجتماعي و التحصيل السلوكي وهذا راجع للعلاقة بين المعلم والمتعلم الكلمات المفتاحية : الثواب , العقاب , التحصيل المعرفي , التحصيل السلوكي , الاندماج الاجتماعيabstract: The objective of this research is to know the influence of the recompense and the Punishment on learning progress for students at high school , and this research tried to show the relation between punishment and recompense on learning progress , we based our study on three hypothesis First hypothesis :positive material recompenses increase the knowledge progress for student in high school. Second hypothesis : positive moral recompenses increase the social integration for high school student. Third hypothesis : exercise a physical punishment leave a negative behavior on high school student. Our research adopted descriptive method through the review of the theoretical side, and our research based on Classical theory, And we use high school teacher as a sample to describe the punishment and recompense because they have the experience in how to deal with high school students . our study concluded to many results and we found that there is a relation between the methods of punishment and recompense on learning progress and social integration and behavior progress and this goes to the relation between the teacher and student key words : punishment ,recompense ,learning progress , social integration, behavior progress
