Abstract

ملخص: تعتبر المقاولاتية من أهم مجالات الأعمال التي تزايد الاهتمام بها في جل دول العالم، حيث أصبحت أبرز منبع للتنمية الاقتصادية و الاجتماعية على حد السواء، و التي غالبا ما تقرن بالمؤسسات الصغيرة و المتوسطة التي تعتبر أهم قاطرات نمو المجتمع ،و في الجزائر قامت الدولة بتبني إستراتيجية هامة قامت من خلالها بمنح امتيازات ضريبية و اقتصادية للشباب الراغبين في ممارسة مقاولة خاصة بهم من خلال إنشاء أجهزة دعم و ترقية للمؤسسات الصغيرة و المتوسطة لكن و بالرغم من الجهود التي قامت بها الدولة حيال هذا النوع من المؤسسات إلا أنها تواجه العديد من المشكلات التي قد تؤدي إلى فشلها. و عليه جاءت هذه الدراسة سعيا لمعرفة أبرز المعوقات الاجتماعية التي تواجهها الممارسة المقاولاتية في الجزائر ، ومحاولة للوصول لبعض التوصيات التي يمكن اقتراحها. Résumé : L'entrepreneuriat est considéré comme l'un des secteurs les plus importants des entreprises auxquels la plupart des pays attachent un intérêt croissant, il devient la source la plus importante de croissance économique et sociale. Ils sont souvent comparés aux petites et moyennes entreprises qui sont considérés comme les moteurs les plus importants de la croissance de la société. En Algérie, l'État a adopté une stratégie importante par laquelle elle a accordé des avantages économiques et économiques aux jeunes qui souhaitent exercer leur propre entreprise grâce à la création de mécanismes de soutien et de promotion des petites et moyennes entreprises, mais malgré les efforts de l'Etat Vers ce type d'entreprises, il fait face à de nombreux problèmes pouvant entraîner une défaillance. Par conséquent, cette étude a permis de connaître les obstacles sociaux les plus importants auxquels l'entrepreneuriat exerce en Algérie, en essayant de proposer des recommandations qui pourraient être suggérées.
