تكوين أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي وأثره على أدائهم الوظيفي (دراسة ميدانية لعينة من أساتذة بعض ابتدائيات ولاية الجلفة)

Abstract

ملخص الدراسة هدفت هذه الدراسة المعنونة ب : تكوين أساتذة التعليم الإبتدائي و أثره على أدائهم الوظيفي ، و التساؤل العام متمثل في : هل لتكوين أساتذة التعليم الإبتدائي أثر على أدائهم الوظيفي و للإجابة عن هذا التساؤل إعتمدنا على جملة من التساؤلات الفرعية و المتمثلة في : /1 مامدى مساهمة التكوين البيداغوجي على أداء أستاذ المرحلة الابتدائية ؟ /2 مامدى مساهمة التكوين المعرفي على أداء أستاذ المرحلة الابتدائية ؟ /3 ما مدى مساهمة التكوين النفسي على أستاذ المرحلة الابتدائية ؟ و للإجابة على هذه التساؤلات السابقة اعتمدنا على مجموعة من الإجراءات المنهجية المتمثلة في المنهج الوصفي كذا الإعتماد على أداة الإستبيان كأدة رئيسية في جمع المعلومات كما تم إستخدام طريقة العينة القصدية لأفراد مجتمع البحث الذي بلغ عددهم 80 مفردة و هي مشكلة من أساتذة و أستاذات اللغة العربية و الفرنسية . و من أبرز النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة ما يلي : ـ أن التكوين البيداغوجي يساهم في رفع أداء الأستاذ الوظيفي . ـ أن التكوين في إستخدام وسائل التعليم يساهم في رفع أداء الأستاذ الوظيفي ـ وأن تلقي الأستاذ لدروس حول طرق التدريس يزيد من فاعليته داخل القسم ـ و التكوين يجعل الأستاذ يعمل على تنويع أدوات التقويم بالنسبة للتلاميذ . ـ التكوين المعرفي يساهم في أداء الأستاذ الوظيفي ـ التكوين يعمل على توضيح الأهداف التربوية للأستاذ . ـ إثراء الرصيدالثقافي للأستاذ من خلال التكوين الذي تلقاه. ـ التكوين النفسي يساهم في أداء الأستاذ الوظيفي . ـ تلقي تكوين من قبل مختص في علم النفس يساهم في تحكم الأستاذ في المشاكل التي تواجهه في القسم . ـ تلقي دروس عن مراحل نمو التلاميذ تساعد الأستاذ على حسن التعامل مع التلاميذ .
