الاشراف التربوي و علاقته بالتكوين اثناء الخدمة لاساتذة التعليم المتوسط

Abstract

‌أ الملخص‌ ىدفت ىذه الدراسة إلى التعرف عمى عممية الإشراف الترربو متمثمة في المفتش بعلاقتوا بالتكبين أثناء الخدمة لأساتذة مرحمة التعميم المتبسط حيث استخدمنا المنيج البصفي باحتبت عينة البحث عمى مجمبعة من الأساتذة بالذو بمغ عددىم 150أستاذ بأستاذة مكبنة من 77 أستاذ ب 73أستاذة مبزعين عمى عشرة متبسطات ، بكانت العينة عشبائية بسيطة ، بلتحقيق أىداف ىذه الدراسة قمنا بإعداد استبيان تكبن من 34فقرة باحتبت عمى البو انات الشخصية بثلاثة محابر بىي: تؤثر المتابعة الإدارية لمتكبين أثناء الخدمة المقدمة من ط رف المشرف عمى الأداء الترربو لأساتذة التعميم المتبسط ، تؤثر المتابعة البيداغبجية لمتكبين أثناء الخدمة المقدمة من طرف المشرف عمى طرائق التدريس لأساتذة التعميم المتبسط ، تؤثر الندبات بالممتقيات لمتكبين أثناء الخدمة المقدمة من طرف المشرف عمى الجانب العممي لأساتذة التعميم المتبسط ، بلتحميل بيانات الدراسة قمنا باستخدام التكرارات بالنسب المئبية بقبل ذلك قمنا بقياس مدى ثبات باتساق بصدق الاستبيان بحساب معامل آلفا كربمباخ بقد تبصمت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية : أن المتابعة الإدارية لمتكبين أثناء الخدمة المقدمة من طرف المشرف تؤثر عمى الأداء الترربو للأستاذ بأن المتابعة البيداغبجية لمتكبين أثناء الخدمة المقدمة من طرف المشرف تؤثر عمى طرائق التدريس بأن الندبات بالممتقيات لمتكبين أثناء الخدمة المقدمة من طرف المشرف تؤثر عمى الجانب العممي للأستاذ.‌ب Abstract: This study aimed to identify the process of educational supervision and its relationship to in-service training for teachers of the intermediate education stage. We used the descriptive approach. The sample consisted of 150 teacher of 77 male and 73 female distributed over ten schools. In order to achieve the objectives of this study, we prepared a questionnaire consisting of 34 paragraphs, containing the personal data and three axes: The administrative follow-up of the training during the service provided by the supervisor affects the educational performance of the teachers of the intermediate education, the pedagogical follow- During the service provided by the supervisor affects the teaching methods of the teachers of intermediate education, seminars and training forums provided by the supervisor affect the scientific side of the teachers of the intermediate education. To analyze the study data we used the frequencies and percentages and before that we measured the consistency, The study concluded that the administrative follow-up of the training during the service provided bythe supervisor affects the educational performance of the professor and that the pedagogic follow-up of the training during the service provided by the supervisor affects the teaching methods and seminars and forums for the formation during the service provided by the supervisor affect the scientific side of the professor.
