تاثير نظام المعلومات و فعاليته في اتخاذ القرار

Abstract

: إن عملية اتخاذ القرار تعد عملية أساسية في العمليات الإدارية هذا لما لها من أثر على بناء المنظمة داخليا من جهة أو تطوير العلاقات الخارجية من جهة أخرى .أي أن عملية اتخاذ القرار دائما توجهها وأساسها الوصول لهدف معين .ولكن عمليات اتخاذ القرار تصحبها آليات وأسس معينة تكمن في المورد البشري المتمثلة في متخذ القرار أو المورد المادي الذي يعتبر معطيات عامة تتمثل في الإحاطة بجوانب موضوع القرار، هذه الجوانب عبارة عن معطيات ومعلومات يتم رصدها مسبقا ووضعها في نظام يسمى نظام المعلومات .وفي دراستي هذه أهدف إلى إيضاح تأثير نظام المعلومات في اتخاذ القرار من جهة ، وفعالية نظام المعلومات في عملية اتخاذ القرار من جهة أخرى ، حيث استعملت المنهج الوصفي في دراستي واعتمدت على الإستمارة المكونة من 13سؤالا في جمع البيانات . ومن بين النتائج التي توصلت لها أن : - نظام المعلومات له تأثير في عملية اتخاذ القرار . - نظام المعلومات له فعالية في اتخاذ القرار الكلمات المفتاحية : اتخاذ القرار ، نظام المعلومات ، النظام. Study summary: The decision-making process is an essential process in this administrative process because of its impact on building the organization internally on the one hand, or developing external relations on the other hand. That is, the decision-making process is always directed and based on reaching a specific goal. But the decision-making processes are accompanied by certain mechanisms and foundations that lie in the human resource represented by the decision-maker or the material resource, which is considered general data represented in the perception of aspects of the decision subject, these aspects are data and information that are previously monitored and placed in a system called an information system. In this study, I aim to clarify the effect of the information system on decision-making on the one hand, and the effectiveness of the information system in the decision-making process on the other hand, as I used the descriptive approach in my study and relied on the form consisting of 13 questions in collecting data.
