Abstract

الملخص: يعتبر الإتصال الإداري إحدى مقومات الإدارة الناجحة ويرتبط إرتباطا وثيقا بكل مخرجات الإدارة سواء من حيث تحقيق النتائج المسطرة أو من حيث زيادة دافعية أفرادها للعمل والمحافظة على المكتسبات المحققة ومن هذه النظرة جاءت دراستنا المعنونةبالإتصال الإداري وعلاقته بأداء الموظفين حيث إخترنا المؤسسة الإستشفائية كنموذج للدراسة وذلك بسبب خصوصيتها التنظيمية ومهامها والتي تتطلب إتصالا متعدد المستويات وفي كل الإتجاهات وعلى الرغم من إكمالنا لجميع معطيات الدراسة إلا ان الظروف الناتجة عن وباء كورونا حالت دون تمكننا من إجرائها على الرغم من إحاطتنا بمختلف مخرجات الموضوع ومعطيات المؤسسة محل الدراسة الكلمات المفتاحية: الإتصال الإداري – أداء الموظفين – المؤسسة الإستشفائية Abstract: Managerial communicationis one of the key components of a successful administration,as it is closely related to all management outputs, whether in terms of achieving the already planned results, or in terms of increasing the motivation of its members to work and preserve the achievements realized.From this perspective, comes our study entitled ‘’Administrative Communication and its Relationship with the Performance of Employees’’. We chose the hospital institution as a model for the study due to its organizational specificity and its tasks, which require multi-level communication in all directions.However, despite the completion of all the study data, the exceptional circumstances of Coronapandemic prevented us from conducting it in spite of our knowledge of the various outcomes of the topic and the data of the institution under study.
