Abstract

الملخص: جاءت فكرة هذه الدراسة التي حاولنا أن نبين فيها دور الاتصال الرسمي على الأداء الوظيفي، وبغية الإلمام بهذا الموضوع عمدنا إلى تقسيم هذه الدراسة إلى أربعة فصول متسلسلة منطقيا وجعلنا الفصل الأول منها لعرض الإطار المنهجي للدراسة والمتتون من: إشكالية الدراسة من خلالها تم وضع التساؤل الرئيسي والتساؤلات الفرعية ثم صياغة الفرضيات ثم قمنا بذكر أسباب اختيار الموضوع وأهداف الدراسة وأهمي تها وتحديد المفاهيم والدراسات وذكر المنهج الدراسة يعد موضوع الاتصال من المواضيع التي تناولها الباحث بالدراسة في جميع الميادين العلمية، وهذا نظرا للأهمية التبيرة التي يكتسبها هذا الموضوع. فالاتصال عملية حياتية ديناميكية تمس كل قطاعات المجتمع، تتمثل في نقل واستقبال المعلومات والفهم من شخص إلى آخر، أو من جماعة إلى أخرى، وان مكونات تلك العملية تتغير من حيث الزمان والمكان، وتتغير في المجالات والمواقف المختلفة والتي تستطيع بالضرورة استخدام أساليب مختلفة في الاتصال تبعا لاختلاف عملية الاتصال . Résumé: L'idée de cette étude est venue dans laquelle nous avons essayé de montrer le rôle de la communication officielle sur la performance au travail, et afin de nous familiariser avec ce sujet, nous avons divisé cette étude en quatre chapitres de séries logiques.
