Abstract: This project presents a detailed study of a residential building, consists of ground floor plus seven floors, The structure is located in the willaya of DJELFA, classified as a zone of low seismicity (zone I) according to the Algerian Parasismic Regulation99 version 2003. The aim of the study is to reach the stability and durability of the structure, going through several stages: start with the calculation of pre-dimensioning and lowering of the load up to the foundations. We use the software of SAP2000 to know the solicitations; the rest of computation was carried out manually, according to the regulations DTR C2.2, RNV99, BAEL91 and the RPA99v2003
Résumé Ce projet présente une étude détaillée d’un bâtiment à usage d’habitation, est constitué de rez de chaussée plus sept étages, La structure est implanté dans la wilaya de DJELFA, classée comme une zone de faible sismicité (zone I) selon le Règlement Parasismique Algérien99 version 2003. Le but de l’étude est d’atteindre la stabilité et la durabilité de la structure, passé par plusieurs étapes : commencez par le calcul de pré dimensionnement et descente de charge jusqu’ aux les fondations. Nous utilisons le logiciel de SAP2000 pour connaitre les sollicitations, le reste de calcul a été effectuée manuellement, selon les réglementations le DTR C2.2, RNV99, BAEL91 et le RPA99v2003
