الحاجات الارشادية في الادارة الصفية و علاقتها بالسلوك التكيفي للاساتذة الجدد في المرحلة الابتدائية

Abstract

ملخص هدفت الدراسة الحالية للتعرف على طبيعة العلاقة بين الحاجات الإرشادية في الإدارة الصفية وعلاقتها بالسلوك التكيفي للأساتذة الجدد،افترضنا فرضية عامة بوجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الحاجات الإرشادية في الإدارة الصفية و السلوك التكيفي للأساتذة الجدد وقد كانت عينة الدراسة تتكون من 146 أستاذا جديدا من الجنسين، قام الباحثان بتوزيع مقياسين للحاجات الإرشادية والسلوك التكيفي عليهم بقصد رصد استجاباتهم نحو فقراته. والتي تندرج منها الفرضيات الجزئية التالية هي: - ما طبيعة العلاقة بين متغيري الحاجات الإرشادية والسلوك التكيفي لدى عينة الدراسة؟ - ما طبيعة العلاقة بين الحاجات الإرشادية وأبعاد السلوك التكيفي (التوافق النفسي ببعديه الاجتماعي والمهني) والتفاعل الصفي لدى عينة الدراسة؟ - هل تساهم الحاجات الإرشادية ببعديها النفسي والتربوي في السلوك التكيفي لعينة الدراسة؟ وباستخدام الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية spss v 20 قصد تفريغ وتحليل النتائج، خلصت الدراسة إلى ما يلي: - وجود علاقة ارتباطية طردية موجبة بين الحاجات الإرشادية والسلوك التكيفي للأساتذة الجدد عينة الدراسة. - وجود علاقة ارتباطية طردية موجبة بين الحاجات الإرشادية وكل بعد من أبعاد السلوك التكيفي للأساتذة الجدد عينة الدراسة - يؤثر البعد التربوي على السلوك التكيفي للأساتذة الجدد، أكثر من البعد النفسي.

Abstract: The study aimed to identify the nature of the relationship between the extension needs in the classroom management and its relation to the adaptive behavior of the new professors. The study sample consisted of 140 new teachers of both sexes. The researchers distributed two questionnaire for the guidance needs and the adaptive behavior for them to monitor their responses to their paragraphs. Researchers in the present study hypothesized several hypotheses: - What is the nature of the relationship between the variables of the indicative needs and the adaptive behavior in the study sample? - What is the nature of the relationship between the extension needs and the dimensions of adaptive behavior (psychological compatibility with the social and professional dimension) and the classroom interaction in the study sample? - Do educational needs contribute to psychological and educational dimensions in the adaptive behavior of the study sample? Using the statistical package for social sciences (SPSS v 20), in order to dump and analyze the results, the study concluded that: - There is a positive correlation between the extension needs and the adaptive behavior of the new teachers - There is a positive correlation between the extension needs and each dimension of the adaptive behavior of the new teachers sample study - The educational dimension is what contributes and affects the adaptive behavior of the new professors, the opposite of the psychological dimension that does not contribute or affect.

RESUME : L'objectif de cet article est de fournir un cadre pour l'adaptation des nouveaux professeurs au comportement adaptatif des nouveaux professeurs. L'échantillon de l'étude comprenait 140 nouveaux enseignants des deux sexes. Les chercheurs ont distribué deux questionnaires pour les besoins d'orientation et le comportement d'adaptation pour qu'ils surveillent leurs réponses à leurs paragraphes. Les chercheurs de la présente étude ont émis l'hypothèse de plusieurs hypothèses: - Quelle est la nature de la relation entre les variables des besoins indicatifs et le comportement adaptatif dans l'échantillon? - Quelle est la nature de la relation entre l'extension et les dimensions du comportement adaptatif et l'interaction en classe dans l'échantillon? - Les besoins éducatifs contribuent-ils aux dimensions psychologiques et éducatives dans le comportement adaptatif de l'échantillon de l'étude? En utilisant le paquet statistique pour les sciences sociales (SPSS v 20), afin de repérer et d'analyser les résultats, - Il existe une corrélation positive entre les besoins d'extension et le comportement adaptatif des nouveaux enseignants - Il existe une corrélation positive entre les besoins d'extension et chaque dimension du comportement adaptatif de l'étude de l'échantillon de nouveaux enseignants - La dimension éducative est ce qui contribue et affecte le comportement adaptatif des nouveaux professeurs, le contraire de la dimension psychologique qui ne contribue pas ou n'affecte pas.
