جمعية اولياء التلاميذ و دورها في تفعيل العلاقة بين الاسرة و المدرسة

Abstract

الملخص ىم نظ ار لدور جمعية أولياء التلاميذ وأىميتيا عمى مستوى الأف ارد لكونيا من أ المنظمات ودورىا في تقديم الدور المادي والمعنوي وكذا التربوي فقد تم التطرق إلى ىذه الدراسة بالضبط إلى جمعية أولياء التلاميذ ودورىا في تفعيل العلاقة بين الأسرة والمدرسة، ويكمن اليدف من ىذه الدراسة في معرفة المبادرات التي تقوم بيا الجمعية في تحسين المستوى الد ارسي لمتلاميذ وكذا معرفة المساىمة في توصيل الأسرة بالمدرسة، وقد تم الاعتماد عمى المنيج الوصفي التحميمي لدراسة الموضوع، أما العينة فقد كانت عينة قصدية تتكون من الأولياء حيث شممت 40وليا. وبالنسبة لأدوات جمع البيانات فقد تم الاعتماد عمى أداة الاستمارة والمقابمة، وقبل بناء فرضيات الدراسة قمنا بتفكيك المتغير المستقل إلى أبعاد وىي: المستوى الد ارسي لمتمميذ وعممية التواصل بين الأسرة والمدرسة والتفاعل بين التمميذ والمعمم أما بالنسبة لنتائج الدراسة فالفرضية الأولى لم تتحقق أي أنو ليس لجمعية أولياء التلاميذ مبادرة في تحسين المستوى الد ارسي لمتلاميذ أما الفرضية الثانية لم تتحقق كذل أي أنو لا تساىم جمعية أولياء التلاميذ في عممية التواصل بين الأسرة والمدرسة أما بالنسبة لمفرضية الثالثة فقد تحققت وأكدت لنا أن جمعية أولياء التلاميذ تساىم في تحسين التفاعل بين التمميذ والمعمم.Abstract In view of the role of the Association of Parents of Students and its importance at the level of individuals as it is one of the most important organizations and its role in providing the physical, moral and educational role, this study was specifically addressed to the Association of Parents of Students and its role in activating the relationship between the family and the school. The aim of this study is to know the initiatives that The study was based on an analytical descriptive approach to study the subject. The sample was an objective sample consisting of the parents, which included 40 parent. As for the data collection tools, we relied on the questionnaire and interview tool. Before constructing the hypotheses, we deconstructed the independent variable into dimensions: the student's level of education, the communication process between the family and the school, and the interaction between the student and the teacher. As for the results of the study, An initiative in improving the level of students and the second hypothesis was not realized, moreover, that does not contribute to the Association of parents of students in the process of communication between the family and the school As for the third hypothesis has been achieved and assured us that the Association of parents students In improving the interaction between the student and the teacher.Resume Compte tenu du rôle de l'Association des parents d'élèves et de son importance au niveau des individus, car c'est l'une des organisations les plus importantes et son rôle dans la prestation du rôle physique, moral et éducatif, cette étude a été spécifiquement adressée à l'Association De Parents of Students et son rôle dans l'activation de la relation entre la famille et l'école. L'objectif de cette étude est de connaître les initiatives selon lesquelles l'étude repose sur une approche descriptive analytique pour étudier le sujet. L'échantillon était un échantillon objectif composé des parents, dont 40 parents. En ce qui concerne les outils de collecte de données, nous nous sommes appuyés sur le questionnaire et l'outil d'entrevue. Avant de construire les hypothèses, nous avons déconstruit la variable indépendante en dimensions: le niveau d'éducation de l'élève, le processus de communication entre la famille et l'école et l'interaction entre l'élève et l'enseignant. En ce qui concerne les résultats de l'étude, une initiative visant à améliorer le niveau des étudiants et la deuxième hypothèse n'a pas été réalisée, de plus, qui ne contribue pas à l'Association des parents d'élèves dans le processus de communication entre la famille et l'école. La troisième hypothèse a été réalisée et nous a assuré que l'Association des élèves des parents pour améliorer l'interaction entre l'élève et l'enseignant.
