جودة الحياة وعلاقتها بالصحة النفسية لدى طالبات جامعة زيان عاشور (دراسة ميدانية في ظل بعض المتغيرات )

Abstract

الملخص: يهدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على مستـوى جـودة الحياة و مستـوى الصحـة النفسية لدى طالبـات جامعـة زيـان عاشـور بالجلفـة حسب متغي ارت السـن ،المستــوى الد ارسـي،( أولى جامعي ، الثانية، الثالثة ، الأولى ماستر. الثانية ماستر) , التخصص (علمي , أدبي ). الإقامة (داخلي،خارجي) وقد تم إستخدام مقياس جودة الحياة لطالبات الجامعة ومقياس الصحة النفسية . ومن أهم النتائج: -وجـود مستـوى متـدن من جـودة الحيـاة الجامعيـة لـدى طلبـة كل من جامعتـي التـأثيـر المشتـرك للمتغيـرات الثلاثـة مًعا فـي جـودة الحيـاة -عدم وجـود علاقـة دالـة إحصائًيا بين دخـل الأسـرة وأبعـاد جـودة الحيـاة وانتهت الدراسـة إلى مجموعـة من المقترحات، منهـا إعطـاء الطـالب مساحـة أكبـر من الحرية لإثبات الذات وتحقيقها من خلال إختيار نوع الدراسة المتناسبة مع قدراتـــــه وميوله، وتخصيص مرشد أكاديمي ونفسي يقدم خدمات الإرشـاد الفـردي والجامعــي للطلاب، وتطوير قدرة الطلاب على عملية التربية الذاتية، وتوسيع آفاق البحث الذاتيsummary of study - The study aimed to reveal the nature of the relationship between quality of life and mental health among students zian Ashour University , as well as identify the relationship of each of the quality of life and mental health course of study , accommodation and academic level and age The study was conducted on a sample of 100 students from the University of zian Ashour . data marked by the quality of life scale and the scale of the World Mental Health collection tools , and follow the descriptive approach and the use of variance and t-test was reached. - The presence of low-level mental health among students of the University of zian Ashour djelfa. - The presence of a low level in the quality of life of students of the University of zian Ashour djelfa. - There is a strong correlation between quality of life and mental health among students of the University of zian Ashour djelfa. - No statistically significant differences in the level of mental health among students of the University of zian Ashour djelfa different style of accommodation. - There are no differences in the level of quality of life of the female students zian Ashour University djelfa different style of accommodation. - There are significant differences in the level of mental health among students of the University of zian Ashour djelf different specialization in favor of scientific specialization. - There are significant differences in the level of quality of life of students zian Ashour University djelfa different specialization in favor of literary specialization. -There are significant differences in the level of mental health among students of the University of zian Ashour depending on the school level. - There are significant differences in the level of quality of life of students zian Ashour University depending on the school level. - There are significant differences in the level of mental health among students of the University of zian Ashour Back to the age variable. - There are significant differences in the level of quality of life among students of the University of zian Ashour.
