Abstract:
من أجل تقييم مدى انتشار الطفيليات المعوية بين الأطفال والبالغين في ولاية الجلفة في المناطق الحضرية والريفية، تم إجراء دراسة وبائية إمتدت من ديسمبر 2013 حتى مارس 2019, مما جعل من الممكن تقدير إنتشار الطفيليات المعوية (I.P.S.%) تحديد توزيعها حسب العمر، الجنس، الأصل الجغرافي، فصول السنة، العلامات السريرية وتجمع الطفيليات مع بعضها البعض (I.P.P%).
خضعت كل عينة من بين 3.387 مريضا تتراوح أعمارهم بين شهر إلى 90 سنة (نسبة الجنس =0,94) لفحص مرئي، ونسبة تجمع اكثر من طفيلي %وفحص مجهري وبعد التركيز والتلوين. تم تشخيص الطفيليات عند 511 مريض (I.P.S.% = 15.1 و I.P.P.% = 1.45).
لاحظنا غلبة الجيارديا المعوية (5.7٪)،تليها المتبرعمة الكيسية البشرية (3.1٪) والتينيا (1.95٪).
طبقنا طريقة PCR-RFLP باستخدام بيتا جياردين، و تم الحصول على تضخيم الجزء pb514 بنجاح على 28 حالة من أصل .30أظهرت نتائج التنميط الجيني لدينا انماط تقييد مختلفة، بحيث 70 بالمئة من العينات تنتمي الى A و 30 بالمئة من العينات تنتمي الى .B
Afin d’évaluer la prévalence des parasitoses digestives chez la population infantile et adultes à Djelfa en milieu urbain et rural, une étude épidémiologique a été réalisée du mois de décembre 2013 jusqu’au mars 2019, ce qui a permis d’estimer les prévalences des parasites intestinaux (I.P.S.%), et déterminer leur répartition selon l’âge, sexe, l’origine géographique, les saisons, les signes cliniques et leurs associations entre eux (I.P.P. %). Chaque sujet parmi 3.387 sujets âgés de 1 mois à 90 ans (sexe ratio = 0,94) ont fait l’objet d’un examen coproparasitologique macroscopique et microscopique direct et après concentration et coloration. Les parasites sont identifiés chez 511 sujets avec un I.P.S. % égal à 15,1% et un I.P.P. % de 1,45 %. Nous avons noté la prédominance de Giardia intestinalis (5,7%), suivis par Blastocystis hominis (3,1%) et Taenia spp.(1,95 %). Nous avons appliqué la méthode PCR-RFLP en utilisant le gène bêta-giardin pour différencier les assemblages de Giardia.L'amplification par PCR du fragment de (514 pb) du gène β-giardin a été obtenue avec succès dans 28 des 30 cas étudiés. Nos résultats de génotypage ont montré différents modèles de restriction, 70% des échantillons appartenaient à l'assemblage Aet 30% appartenaient à l'assemblage B.In order to assess the prevalence of digestive parasitosis in the infant and adult population in Djelfa in urban and rural areas, an epidemiological study was carried out from December 2013 until March 2019, which made it possible to estimate the prevalence of intestinal parasites (I.P.S.%), and determine their distribution according to age, sex, geographical origin, seasons, clinical signs and their associations between them (I.P.P.%). Each subject among 3387 individuals aged 1 month to 90 years (sex ratio = 0.94) were subjected to a direct macroscopic and microscopic coproparasitological examination and after concentration and staining. Parasites are identified in 511 subjects with I.P.S. % equal to 15.1% and an I.P.P. % of 1.45%. We noted the predominance of Giardia intestinalis (5.7%), followed by Blastocystis hominis (3.1%) and Taenia spp. (1.95%). We applied the PCR-RFLP method using the beta-giardin gene to differentiate between Giardia assemblages. PCR amplification of the (514 bp) fragment of the β-giardin gene was successfully obtained in 28 of the 30 cases studied. Our genotyping results showed different restriction patterns, 70% of the samples belonged to assembly A and 30% belonged to assembly B.
