Planification d’un projet de Bâtiment R+4 avec l’outil MS-PROJECT

Abstract

Abstract The mastery and the success in the realization of the projects of construction pass necessarily by the control of the cost and time of realization. Many theory, methods and techniques are developed in this direction. In this study definitions and basics of planning are collected. In a second step, a presentation of the planning methods and cutting techniques related to the nature of the project is presented. The presented theory is applied on a case of current reinforced concrete building located in Djelfa using specialized software MS-Project. The goal was to optimize the cost, quality and time of completion. The results obtained compared with those fixed in the initial study of the services of the owner showed a difference, which confirms that the recourse to specialized studies is inevitable. RÉSUMÉ La maitrise et la réussite dans la réalisation des projets de construction passe obligatoirement par la maitrise du coût et délai de réalisation. Beaucoup de théorie, méthodes et techniques sont développées dans ce sens. Dans cette étude des définitions et des notions de bases relatives à la planification sont rassemblées. Dans une seconde étape, une présentation des méthodes de planification et techniques de découpage liés à la nature du projet, est effectuée. La théorie présentée est appliquée sur un cas de bâtiment courant en béton armé situé à Djelfa en utilisant le logiciel spécialisé (MS-Project). L’objectif était d’optimiser le coût, qualité et délai de réalisation. Les résultats obtenus comparés avec ceux fixés dans l’étude initiale ramenée des services du maitre de l’ouvrage ont montré une différence, ce qui confirme que le recours aux études spécialisées est inévitable. ملخص إن التمكن والنجاح في تحقيق مشاريع البناء يمر بالضرورة من خلال التحكم في تكلفة ووقت التنفيذ. تم تطوير العديد من النظريات والأساليب والتقنيات في هذا الاتجاه. في هذه الدراسة يتم جمع التعاريف وأسس التخطيط. في الخطوة الثانية، يتم تقديم عرض لطرق التخطيط وتقنيات القطع المتعلقة بطبيعة المشروع. يتم تطبيق النظرية المقدمة على حالة المباني الخرسانية المسلحة الحالية الموجودة في الجلفة باستخدام كان الهدف هو تحسين التكلفة والجودة ووقت الانتهاء. أظهرت .(MS-Project) البرمجيات المتخصصة النتائج التي تم الحصول عليها مقارنة بالنتائج التي تم تحديدها في الدراسة الأولية لخدمات المالك فرقًا، مما يؤكد أن اللجوء إلى الدراسات المتخصصة أمر لا مفر منه.
