Etude et Conception d'un Batiment ( RDC-16 ) à Usage Multifonction Contreventement Mixte ( Portique + Voiles en Béton Armé )

Abstract

ABSTRACT This project deals with the study of a building with basement and 16 floors in the commune of Gué de Constantine in the Algiers wilaya. This is classified in a high sismicity region (III) according to the Algerian seismic rules RPA99 version 2003. This construction is a mixed building (frame-walls) in reinforced concrete, the dimension of the bearing elements were elaborated according to the CBA93 and RPA99 version 2003.The three-dimensional seismic analysis was conducted by SAP2000 computer program.

RESUME Le présent mémoire, étudie un bâtiment en R+16 à usage d’habitation et à usage de bureaux implanté à la commune de Gué de Constantine dans la wilaya d’Alger. Cette région est classée en zone sismique III selon le RPA99 version 2003. Cet ouvrage est une structure mixte (portique-voiles) en béton armé, le prédimensionnement des éléments porteurs a été fait conformément au CBA93 et RPA99 version 2003. L’analyse sismique de la structure a été réalisée par le logiciel de calcul de structures par éléments finis SAP2000. ملخص

هذا المشروع عبارة عن دراسة تقنية لإنجاز بناية سكنية تتألف من طابق ارضي + 16 طوابق ببلدية جسر قسنطينة الواقعة بولاية الجزائر المصنفة ضمن المنطقة الزلزالية رقم III حسب المركز الوطني للبحث المطبق في هندسة مقاومة الزلازل. هذا المشروع محقق بواسطة العارضات و الأعمدة و الجدران ذات الخرسانة المسلحة لضمان استقرار البناية و مقاومتها لكل الحمولات العمودية و الأفقية. قياس و تسليح مختلف العناصر الأساسية مصمم طبقا للمعايير و القوانين المعمول بها حسب مقياس هندسة الزلازل الجزائري99 المعدل في2003 (RPA99 version 2003) و مقياس الاسمنت المسلح(CBA93).
