ABSTRACT
The present project deals with the study of a hotel located in Algiers, an area of strong
seismicity (III) according to the Algerian seismic code (RPA99ver.03). The structure present regularity in raising. The three-dimensional seismic analysis was conducted by SAP2000 computer program. A diaphragm constraint was assigned to each floor. The lateral
dynamic displacements and the resultant base shear given by the model were compared to
those required by the code.
Reinforced concrete walls were added to the structural systems to satisfy building codes.
The shell element internal forces and stresses were evaluated under several different combinations. Only shell stresses are used for the design reinforcement of the wall.
RESUME
Ce projet consiste à étudier un bâtiment constitué de deux blocs comportant sept étages
plus un rez de chausser plus, qui sera implanté dans la wilaya d’ALGER classée zone III.
La structure à une forme régulière en élévation d’une hauteur de 23,85m, sa stabilité est assurée par des portiques auto-stables contreventés par voiles.
L’analyse dynamique de notre structure à été réalisée par un logiciel de calcul qui est le SAP2000.
Le dimensionnement et le ferraillage de tous les éléments résistants à été élaboré conformément aux règles en vigueurs.
