dc.description in our first chapter we used the different decisional tools (MPDTP,RLUP... etc.), and the different parameters which result in order to record them as variables conditioning our algorithm, the latter will be applied in an ABM chosen for our type of study where the need for spatial calculations (GIS) is essential, therefore; The expected results was very satisfactory and promising, opening up new horizons in the field of land use planning, and as decision-making tools with the capacity to encompass complex systems and thus predict the evolution of this development. for our study we intentionally wanted to make a simple abstraction of the real in order to simplify the idea for the future reader or student in order to use this study as a basis of learning and a reference allowing him to work with these tools based on ABM. It is quite possible to add other elements which by their complexity allow a better approach to reality, this will undoubtedly allow a more real vision and more precise forecasts. however, it should be noted the need to integrate artificial intelligence in the behavior of agents to refine the results. en_EN
