dc.description.abstract	ملخص الدراسة : هدفت دراستنا للتعرف على مستوىالقيم الشخصية وعلاقتها بالإبداع التنظيمي في المؤسسة ، وقد اعتمدنا في دراستنا هذه على المنهج الوصفي الملائم لدراستنا، وقد اعتمدنا في أداة جمع البيانات على الاستبيان ،انطلاقا من معرفة مستوى كل من القيم الشخصية والإبداع التنظيمي وإيجاد العلاقة بين المتغيرين Study summary: Our study aimed to identify the level of personal values and their relationship to organizational creativity in the institution, and we have relied in this study on the appropriate descriptive approach for our study, and we have relied in the data collection tool on the questionnaire, stemming from knowing the level of each of personal values and organizational creativity and finding the relationship between the two variables	en_EN
