مركز الضبط وعلاقته بالاغتراب الوظيفي لدى معلمين المرحلة الابتدائية

Abstract

ملخص الدراسة عنوان الدراسة : مركز الضبط و علاقتها بالاغتراب الوظيفي لدى معلمين المرحلة الابتدائية . هدفت الدراسة : التعرف على درجة الاغتراب الوظيفي لدى معلمين الابتدائي و كذا التعرف على مستوى مركز الضبط( الداخلي و الخارجي) لدى عينة الدراسة، كما هدفت الدراسة الى معرفة العلاقة بين مركز الضبط و الاغتراب الوظيفي، كما هدفت الى التحقق من وجود فروق بين المعلمين في مركز الضبط و الاغتراب الوظيفي تعزى لمتغير الجنس و المستوى الدراسي . أدوات الدراسة : ـ مقياس الاغتراب الوظيفي (بن زاهي منصور ) ـ مقياس مركز الضبط لروتر (ترجمة علاء الدين كفافي) عينة الدراسة : تكونت عينة الدراسة من 100 معلم و معلمة في مدارس مدينة بوسعادة ، و تم اختيارهم قصديا . نتائج الدراسة : أظهرت نتائج الدراسة عن وجود علاقة ارتباطية بين مركز الضبط و الاغتراب الوظيفي، كما أظهرت النتائج كذلك وجود فروق دالة احصائيا في مركز الضبط و الاغتراب الوظيفي تعزى للمستوى و الجنس .

Abstract: Study Title : Control Center and its relationship to Occupational Alienation among primary school teachers Study Aim: This study aims to identify the degree of job alienation among primary teachers, as well as to identify the level of the locus of control (internal and external) in the study sample. The study also aims to know the relationship between the locus of control and job alienation, and it also aims to verify the existence of differences between teachers in the locus of control and Occupational Alienation which is due to the variable of gender and educational level. The Study tools: Job Alienation Scale (Bin Zahi Mansour) Rotter Control Center Scale (translated by Aladdin Kafafi) The study sample : The study sample consists of 100 male and female teachers in the schools of the city of Bousaada, and they are chosen intentionally. Results : The results of the study show that there is a correlation between the center of control and job alienation, and the results also show that there are statistically significant differences in the center of control and job alienation due to level variable.
